The female working the pharmacy phone on 1/30/2024 at 10 am kept saying "thanks for calling Walgreens, please hold" then put me on hold without letting me speak 3 different times. I just had a question about a text that I got from Walgreens. Then eveytime you go (don't matter what time) there is allllllwayss a line to the back of the store. The customer service and the wait is crazy. Just rude and the last time she put me on hold she didn't even say anything and I was on hold for 15 minutes. Walgreens please do better. Hire people that want to work there and hire enough people to help customers. Thank you!

No one in pharmacy answers the phone at any time of the time. They pick up and hang up. I've had multiple calls ignored today throughout various times of the day. Front desk answers no problem. Transfers me to the pharmacy. And I get hung up on after a few minutes of being on hold. This is ridiculous.

Poor customer service. The front staff usually give the impression that you are there to bother them. Inaccuracies in medication dispensing. They issue medications in the same class. Phone service is extremely poor. Very long wait times.

They need to honestly just close this pharmacy. Don't bother coming to get prescriptions if you've only got thirty minutes. It takes at LEAST an hour to get through the line with a bunch of people working the register. I'm thankful I'm moving my prescriptions from this place. It's awful.

Every time I go here to get my prescriptions they are extremely rude. Don't bother calling because they will continue to hang up on you or give you attitude. The inside of the store is usually nice but the people there are rude. Multiple times I have used the app to try and ship my medications as I work constantly and have almost no time to come in, every time without fail- the day they are supposed to ship they are immediately canceled for no reason. I cannot stress this enough- go to a different pharmacy. Only come here if you want to find something inside that's not the pharmacy.

I visited this Walgreens in regards to FedEx shipping. Both times I visited, the staff were helpful and friendly in helping me. Great customer service.

I frequent this Walgreens often but am typically disappointed with the service. Today I had a FedEx package to drop off and they prominently post this in their store as does FedEx. However, when I took my package in they told me they aren't currently accepting ground packages. I'll be finding myself another pharmacy to avoid the frustrating experiences.

Welcome to Walgreens, please hold. Welcome to Walgreens, please hold. Welcome to Walgreens, please hold. Welcome to Walgreens, please hold. Over 40mins on multiple occasions on phone. Half the time they end up hanging up. The store is filthy, the staff are rude and unprofessional in the Pharmacy. They cancel orders when they can only partially fill with no notice. I don't want to mess around chasing stuff I HAVE TO HAVE. I require insulin to live. So I suggest going to the other pharmacy across the road. I certainly do now.

They deserve zero stars and charges filed. One thing a drug store shouldn't do is mess up a prescription. I had my gf pick up my prescription as I have been house bound since the beginning of the year. I ordered lancets (I'm diabetic) for my lancing device. They gave me the wrong ones and even charged me for them when I typically don't pay. My gf would have had no way of knowing. We took them back. Not only did they refuse a refund because they said the prescription "left the store", but they even refused to give me the correct prescription. I need these to keep tabs on my blood sugar. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! I followed up with my doctor and verified that they gave them the right prescription. Walgreens is 100% in the wrong here. I could care less about any policy they have. It's wrong, evil to not admit a mistake involving someone's medicine and not fix it. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. These people are criminal monsters. I can't imagine if someone needed medication more life saving than me. They would truly let someone die because they are too lazy and cowardly to fix a mistake. Pure evil.

Had a covid 19 appointment at 615. I arrived and 6 so we could get it done early but come 7 o'clock I was still waiting. Employees are just standing in the back doing nothing. Horrible service

Don’t bother making an appointment for the COVID vaccine, it doesn’t matter. The wait is lengthy & service, keeping people informed, is non-existent. I know it’s hard in these streets right now, and folks are overworked & under-appreciated, but this isn’t going to get us any closer to the vaccination goal. People are walking out! This is my 4th time coming here, two shots for me & two shots for my teens, each time we had an appointment & we were never there less than an hour. Please streamline the process!
