The pharmacy is so understaffed that there is frequently one person working. They're so understaffed the drive-thru has been closed. They're so understaffed that I have to wait 30+ minutes in line every single time I go to pick up a prescription, regardless of what time I go. They're so understaffed that it takes them days to fill prescriptions in the first place. Corporate really needs to do something to attract/retain employees in order to help these people. It isn't fair to your staff that they have to deal with irate customers because y'all can't hire/retain. Written as I stand in line for the second time today, with 13 people in front of me and one poor woman working by herself. Ridiculous.

Firstly, Brenda has a bad attitude. Her working at the location is a total waste of the organization's time. We spoke with her via phone around 9:35; She stated that the prescriptions were not transferred from the hospital which was incorrect information. With the way the information was given, she clearly didn't check or verify. Upon checking with the hospital, all prescriptions were already transferred. Because of Brenda, my mother's insulin & blood pressure medications were delayed. The location is ALWAYS having issues with staffing. Drive-thru is most times not even in service. Prescriptions are NEVER on time. And while they make sure to take their breaks, they definitely don't bother to service customers. You are a pharmacy and if you can't properly service people with a positive attitude, then just don't work as a damn pharmacist. Do better Walgreens on High Street and Brenda needs to go.

Please hire another person to work the pharmacy. They are understaffed. Wait times are incredibly long. I can’t always stand very long either, and there’s nowhere to sit except at the very front.Pharmacy worker was very kind and helpful. Wish she had help.

Be prepared to wait for a very very long time if picking up medication. I didn’t experience this myself, but while waiting in line there was a woman who had just had surgery and was unable to stand on her feet. Zero empathy or accountability from the pharmacy staff- in fact, the pharmacy rep was being a little snotty to the woman for complaining. Also, the drive thru window is closed pretty much all of the time. Extremely unprofessional and inefficient staff. Go elsewhere if you can.

staff very rude and dismissive....I was then told my prescription would be filled later that day.. to find out 24 HRS later that they are out of stock and I have to wait LEAST 24 to 48 more.......never again

Drive thru, if open, can take over 15 minutes. Long lines inside.So far my first delivery has taken over 3 days.Can't win here.

No one in pharmacy answers the phone at any time of the time. They pick up and hang up. I've had multiple calls ignored today throughout various times of the day. Front desk answers no problem. Transfers me to the pharmacy. And I get hung up on after a few minutes of being on hold. This is ridiculous.

Poor customer service. The front staff usually give the impression that you are there to bother them. Inaccuracies in medication dispensing. They issue medications in the same class. Phone service is extremely poor. Very long wait times.

I switched to Walgreens thinking it would be better than CVS. I was wrong. They don't take my insurance and didn't even call me to tell me. So I'm waiting on my prescription for my son and I'm almost out of his medication. I can deal with it at home but I can't send him to school without it. They could have at least called me and the white lady on the phone was rude. What is up with these rude pharmacy people. I did not know they did not take my insurance I have used that pharmacy before years ago. Anyway heres hoping the next one is better. I just want to pick up my prescription without any issues it is not that hard. Can we just get a kiosk so we don't have to take to anyone?

Hour and a half long wait for a shot that I had an appointment and had pre-filled all required paperwork for. Time was the only thing that mattered to me and it was abused. Otherwise a clean and well-stocked store.

They need to honestly just close this pharmacy. Don't bother coming to get prescriptions if you've only got thirty minutes. It takes at LEAST an hour to get through the line with a bunch of people working the register. I'm thankful I'm moving my prescriptions from this place. It's awful.

Every time I go here to get my prescriptions they are extremely rude. Don't bother calling because they will continue to hang up on you or give you attitude. The inside of the store is usually nice but the people there are rude. Multiple times I have used the app to try and ship my medications as I work constantly and have almost no time to come in, every time without fail- the day they are supposed to ship they are immediately canceled for no reason. I cannot stress this enough- go to a different pharmacy. Only come here if you want to find something inside that's not the pharmacy.
