Please use this pharmacy with caution. Not transparent about delays in medication. Pharmacy has had our son's prescription for his breathing medication for 2 weeks. This pharmacy kept stringing us along telling us that the medicine would arrive the following day. It's now been 13 days and I've finally wised up and will be transferring all our prescription needs elsewhere. It's very difficult to get them on the phone - would wait on hold for 15-20 mins to speak to the pharmacy only to have someone hang up the line. This happened multiple times.

The pharmacy is extremely short staffed and inefficient. I understand that with shortages the people there are trying, however I have have been waiting on a prescription for 4 days. It was supposed to be ready Wednesday. Then, they told me it would be ready on Friday. It was not ready today (Friday). I called and they left me on hold until closing. The worst experience. I did call my DR. and gave them the address to Walgreens closer to my house on canal. They answered the phone and helped me move my scripts.

My wife and I had appointments for shots today and we were waited on after sitting for an hour before getting our shots. The people before us waited an hour and a half. The staff is friendly but clearly this store is understaffed.

When calling I’m always on hold for a long time. I had questions about how to take my medicine and I was on hold more than an hour. The drive thru is no better. Because of my illness I ended up dozing off after an hour just to have to call back and wait for more extremely long time.

I needed to have some very old and precious photos enlarged for Father's Day so this past Sunday, June 2nd I headed to my local Walgreens.
I was very hesitant to use this location due to the not so wonderful reviews that I read online. This being said, it is the location that is convenient for me so I took the chance.
There was a young lady that seemed to be running both the front register as well as the Photo Department and her name was Kayla. I asked for her help since I hadn't use their photo services in several years and there had been some changes.
I want to take this opportunity to brag on her because she was wonderful!! She explained everything to me in detail and helped me throughout the whole process, I had several to do, all while going back and forth between registers and helping customers with whatever questions they had.
I wish more stores had someone as helpful and cheerful as she was. I had worked all night before going there and I was really tired so more than once she had to remind me which steps to take to get my photos done.
I will definitely return to this location in the future and may even give the pharmacy a try.
Thank you so much Kayla. You made this very tired customers morning alot less stressful.

The pharmacy are an absolute joke. No one should be left on hold on the phone for 30+ minutes. Even when I'm in there, I literally watch everyone straight up ignore the phone as it rings. Absolutely no sense of urgency at that place.

Every single time I need a prescription, there’s some sort of issue. I don’t get it. Long lines, no one answering the phones (I’m currently on hold, sitting at 34 min), system doesn’t work (or they don’t know how to work it). Same as all the other reviews. Use a different pharmacy, this one is a pain.

If I could put zero stars I would. I have been there multiple times and it is unexplainably closed or you have to go in which isn’t a problem if you know about this and can plan for it. I have used Walgreens at various locations for years and haven’t had this happen before. I will be going to a different pharmacy.

Very rude pharmacy tech who kept me on hold over 15-minutes. She instructed me to come in as she “tried’ to put it through my secondary insurance. When I arrived to pick up my medication she acknowledged me but walked without saying anything. After waiting at the counter for awhile, I finally asked her what was going on with my prescription. She told me to sit down as it still had not been put through my secondary insurance. As I waited she yelled at the computer several times hitting the keys over and over, “it’s not working!”
Finally another tech behind the counter was able to put it through successfully. She never explained the issue or apologized for my wait. I will be changing to another Pharmacy as they show me a lack of respect and demonstrate they don’t want my business. I’ll let my money do the walking…

Waited on hold for over 30 minutes just for nobody to answer and then they hung up on me. I literally have to drive there just to ask for a refill on my medication,
Or to ask if it’s even available. Do better, Walgreens….

It's Walgreens
