Today, we had the worst and most disrespectful experience I have ever received via UPS. On August 7, my client's medication was delivered to this location we received confirmation on the same day that it had been signed by someone named Sean. Well, when we arrived to pickup the medication, we were told it wasn't there. We had this same issue last month where we were told our package wasn't there, yet it was already signed for at the USP Store. So, I ended up receiving a call on August the 9th, today, from the same store, but there wasn't a voicemail left. We proceeded to go back up to the location only to be told this time by Sean, the person who signed the package, that it was not there. Then Sean goes to the back of the store, finds the package, and proceeds to tell us that we need to pay $5 for the package. Just fot context, the package is muscular dystrophy medication for a Medicaid/Medicare client who doesn't pay for her medicine and who is on a limited income. When we tried to inquire as to why we had to pay $5, we were told it was storage fee although they had the package since the 7th and kept telling us it wasn't there. To add insult to injury, we were then asked if we were mailbox holders followed by telling us the package wasn't sent as an access point so we had to be charge $5. That's 3 different excuses right there and we honestly believe this location lies to its customers regarding the whereabouts of their packages so that they can receive storage fees in return. When we attempted to speak to the owner John regarding the issue, first he was yelling across the store before coming to the phone and then abruptly told us not to send anymore packages to the location because if he sees the persons name up there, he will return it to the sender. I am an avid user of UPS and never have I ever been treated in such a disrespectful manner nor has my client. Mind you, her medication has to be refrigerated. So while this location is playing a game with customers packages, this could have ended up terribly wrong for a patient. We even tried to figure out how to resolve the issue since they claimed the package needed to be sent via an access point and they could not even explain to us how to have it sent that way. We never had an issue when this medication was sent via FedEx, only when the pharamcy switched to UPS as the carrier and we chose this location as a drop-off location through the pharmacy. We will never use this location again.

Called at 9:12am August 5, 2024. They picked up the phone, I heard typing on a computer then they hung up on me. I called again 2 minutes later and they just ended my phone call after 5 rings. Terrible customer service. I'm in need of a notary that's going to be there late but can't get my question answered to plan business for this evening. Terrible

Worst customer service by the owner.
Asked for a return label which the new employee didn't know how to do, owner just told him he was busy and ignored him and left him alone. All the owner was doing while the poor employee was helping everyone else was scanning amazon returns.
I guess no customer service here until amazon return money slows down

UPS stores are a one stop shop. I was able to ship package, notarized documents and scanned and emailed them right at the store

I asked the worker behind the desk which option would allow me to not need a box with an Amazon return, she said "this one" and clicked the option on my phone. She clicked the option that still required a box and also needed me to print a return label instead of just scanning my phone. Then her and manager John told me to either pay $2 for them to print it or to go home and print it myself. After going back and forth with them and them making it known to every customer in the store John said "I'm going to charge you to print the label or charge you for a box, you pick" then was irritated when I went to get my own box from my vehicle. When I came back in he was rude and childish even more. The more reviews you read on this place the more you see it's a bad place to do business and Amazon should look for better alternatives.
