Quoted $55 for an oil change. Showed up for oil change, tried to tell me that my car could only take the $75 or the $100 option. Told him I was quoted $55, so I would take the $75 option. He then told me my car would only take the $100 option. Walked out. Absolutely refuse to do business with companies that pull stunts like this.

Been tryna get my a/c fixed all summer long from them but they diagnosed me with two other things that wasn't the problem after I told them what I think the issue is it's like they refuse to even diagnose it... I only went to them because of my warranty and I get it done for free but they won't even call the company and see if they cover what they fixed , they just say "the warranty probably isn't going to cover that" .... Worse experience ever

I put this review on Airline Blvd by mistake. They were great too! However I want to make sure the intended folks get recognition.Customer service was A1. Tires were a bit pricey for my budget. However, I got a very good feeling from them. The technician that worked on my tires asked me if he took too long. He fixed everything in good time. The guy at the front desk treated me so kindly and even helped me to get the doughnut put into my trunk correctly. It seems like they stand behind their products and truly care about their customers. Thank you!

Spoke with Wayne at at the Tyrenexck store in Portsmouth Va .My granddaughter‘s car was towed in for Lugnuts that were coming off and an old drain plug. They say was stripped well it was done at a another store, owned by the same people but yet they would not call and confirm they wanted to charge me an hours labor to remove the drain plug, which I thought was very unprofessional after asking them to contact the other store they refused so I called the other store which they were familiar with my granddaughter and her car and went over to pick the car up and said that they would take care of it . These guys are very unprofessional and rude. It’s not about Customer Service it’s about what goes into the cash register felt very uncomfortable, and was very unprofessional. I would never recommend the Tyreneck store to anyone.

Very disappointed with this place. I requested an appointment for a state inspection online a month ago, which I recieved confirmation for. When I arrived for my appointment today, I was told that this facility doesn't have a state inspector, despite my appointment for only a state inspection. Would not recommend, unless you want to waste your time.

Fast service, friendly, felt honest. I haven’t had any major work done yet but feel trusting enough to give them a try.

I took my car in to the Tire Choice #710 location on Tyre Neck Road in Portsmouth on 11/11/22 for a oil change appt @ 9:00am. After the oil change was completed I went home and parked my car in the garage. At around 2:15pm I went into my garage and noticed a massive oil spill on my garage floor. I immediately called the manager on duty, Jose, to inform him of this incident. Jose, along with the service tech that performed the oil change, M. St. George, arrived to my home at approximately 3:00pm to trouble shoot the issue. Service tech apologized repeatedly for his act of negligence. He indicated that he may have "torqued" the area too tight following oil change. Jose checked under car and noted that the seal was bulged out instead of being flushed. Jose reportedly resolved the issue. He indicated that it was not necessary to drive my vehicle back to Tire Choice in order for it to be checked out on the lift. Jose and M. St George returned to my home on 11/12/22 to put down degreaser and papertowels on the massive oil spill. Jose agreed to return on 11/14/22 to power wash the area on garage floor. To date, Jose failed to follow through with this. On 11/15/22, I was driving on the interstate going to work. I noticed smoke coming out the back of the car and under the hood. Oil light then came on. I called AAA to have my car towed to another servicing center where they informed me that no oil was in the vehicle at the time of arrival. I was informed that damage may have occurred to the engine as a result of losing oil while driving. I called Jose, MOD @ Tire Choice, on 11/15/22 to inform him of this matter. He denied that they were at fault for what occurred. Since 11/11/22, my car has not been running as efficiently as it was before the incident. Of course, the massive oil stain in my garage serves as a continued reminder of Tire Choice's act of negligence.

This location has terrible communication and customer service. Don’t waste your money bc they don’t have many master mechanics and the other techs are lazy and unprofessional. If they mess up something they will tell you “I don’t know what to tell you”. Seems like they are more interested in communicating with the local junkies that pass by instead of working Mr Broderick would be very disappointed in the service being provided unless he’s too is just another establishment not care about the customer but very interested in their money. Mr Williams or Wilson and his techs on staff on Saturday 10/8 should be retrained in mechanical professionalism and communication….who has a car ready for pick up gets paid and all the pieces to car aren’t even in the car or on it. ( he had to go look for it after talking to the tech which I know they dropped the ball just by not even having enough decency to lock battery or put the engine cover back on. Absolutely unsatisfactory customer service. Traveled hours to pick up a care that can be driven. Close this establishment until you have properly trained staff.

Tried to replace tires. Ordered 7 tires for my truck. They had to reschedule my appointments several occasions because they didn't have the invoices. When they attempted to change the old tires out they claimed their machine couldn't do it. They even damaged one of the new tires in doing so. They had my truck for almost 3 days then stated I'd have to take it to their other shop to replace the tires and I woukd habe to pay for the tires there and then pay for the install at the other place. The managers do not communicate and the service is horrible. I would not recommend especially if you have a truck. Will never do business with tire choice nor will I ever refer them to anyone.
