I don't know if the teller was new or what. She was pleasant, but lacked on communication skills. I gave her a check and my i.d. I waited while she did several things(co-worker, got on the phone etc), but she never asked about how I wanted my cash back.

BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN DEALING WITH ANY BANK ACROSS THE COUNTRY! THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE PROFESSIONALISM IS NONEXISTENT!

I entered this location to open a bank account. I felt like I was walking into a time warp. The receptionist lady didnt greet me ... she looked at me and said, Yes ... not may I help you. She told me to sit "over there". Another lady came out and the first lady said "he is here to open an account". The second lady didnt say ... come with me please ... or any other type friendly justure. She said, come on. She ask me questions about my other bank accounts. I explained why I want to open this one. I dont think it was her business. There was no warm friendly feeling or exchange. She contineued to ask me questions in an almost interrogation fashion. Black people know what I am talking about when I menetion "That Feeling" .... She questioned my name with my ID in her hands. She told me should could not open an account for me because my address on my drivers license was not my current address. I am out of the house for remodling. She didnt even listen to me. She belted out that I have to go to DMV and have it changed before I can open an account .... I went down the street to Wells Fargo. It was a different world for sure. I was greeted and welcomed. they called me by my name and opend an account for me. They provided additional information with was helpful for the purpose of this account. I dont know what that lady at town bank was thinking, but she treated me like I was treated in 1968 ....

After continued contact and discussion with staff it appears that my monthly payment cannot be properly allocated. Phone calls are routinely not returned and basic questions cannot be answered by experienced staff. Although we are all human and certainly subject to making mistakes my issue has went on for 9 months, ans has been noted by them for 9 months with no appearance of a desire to resolve a situation. This bank is the very best bank I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with quite a few in my many years. Every single person here is caring and customer service oriented. They are extremely professional and caring. This branch in particular treats you like family and gives you the experience of having a personal banker like you might have had in the 1950’s it is an extraordinary thing in todays world.

I feel ashamed that I'm forced to give this bank even 1 star, it deserves -5 stars at best. I've been left without access to any of my money this being the 3rd time for weeks at a time. Today I finally recieved my new debit card after the old was compromised, and I call to activate it and it says they need a pin... which they told me in the office that they were supposed to send separately and never did. So the other option is to go to the atm... which I did and is now currently closed. I absolutely hate this bank, from its service, to its outdated app, and sheer lack of convenience. This bank isnt even open on Saturdays. If you bank with this establishment, you better have a back up since they will leave you high and dry repeatedly.

I am sitting here with Barbara Ford, my hometown banker planning for 2019. I do use other locations but this one is my favorite because of the superior customer service they always provide. The mgmt team - go Wendy is always friendly and ready to assist you. The free fresh coffee and hot cocoa cheer me up. I love the customer waiting room with the magazines and newspapers. It is like my mini Starbucks but it's free. Boo Yah!! Free WiFi too so... Sometimes I sit in the waiting area doing work on my phone just because it's comfortable and I feel safe there while I work. Okay I read there too. Haha!! Have a great day Yelpers. Headed to the garden shop.

This is my favorite location. Everyone is welcoming and kind. I have needed. Multiple transactions at the Teller line and they always handle each transaction efficiently.

One star on cash checking. One week it's good and the next we were given a 30 min run around for the same thing we did the week before. My husband might return but I won't.
