Very pleased with the work that was performed. Got pretty much my whole exhaust redone and they did a fantastic job. The welds were flawless as well as the custom bracket that was made for the setup I had. Dropped my car off Thursday afternoon and they got started on it Friday and finished Friday afternoon. This is a wonderful automotive shop with great customer service and a technician was very professional and very helpful with all my questions. He installed a Flowmaster outlaw muffler on my 2015 dodge ram 1500 and it sounds beautiful. I’ve been coming to the shop For years and I don’t trust anyone else but this shop.Service: Exhaust

Superior Automotive is as the name states Superior. I walked into the customer area and a young man greeted me and asked what was the problem. He said let me take a look at it and he immediately took my car and diagnosed the problem within minutes. I came into that place sounding like I was driving a train, and the gate guards on base were side-eying me when I came through the gate. I left Superior with a noiseless vehicle and peace of mind that it wasn't the entire exhaust system that needed to be replaced. They really are Superior and most of all they didn't try to convince me to get something else done !Kudo to this business at 4231 Portsmouth BLVD, Portsmouth VA.

They are very professional, knowledgeable and extremely reasonably priced!! Dropped my SUV off mid-morning to investigate and fix a rattling noise coming from the exhaust. It was ready by early afternoon. I can't say enough about how quickly they worked me in and kept me updated on everything! Not to mention, they're prices are amazing!! Brought my car in after another company basically quit on me, welded in a resonator (on the body of it no less)that pressed up against the fuel tank, wouldn't remove it and just bounced, without trying to work out a solution. I then brought it to Superior, they moved the resonator to the spot that was deemed "unable to fit" by other company, replaced the pipe in the rear. Did I mention the awesome tig welding? 2 hours, the car was done, rear mufflers straightened, drone toned down a bit. Definitely worth it and should've gone here firstService: Exhaust

This review is long overdue, these guys are fantastic!!! I came in one day and got some pipe work done and was happy with the original sound, but as I left wasn't to happy with my down shift sound. I called back and they immediately got my back in the chair to get the sound k was looking for! The outcome was immaculate!!! It's been about 2 months now and I have ZERO Complaints!!! Not only did they take care of my jaguar SUV but they also welcomed me in the lobby with good conversation and hospitality!!! Being from Hawaii and a tattoo artist they gave me suggestions were I should look for work and kept me well entertained with conversations while I waited :) Thanks guys for all your hard work and my BabyGirl RAWRS down the rd!!!! I'll be calling soon for them to do my window tint cuz I wouldn't trust anyone els with my baby jag

Man, they did a hell of a job with my 2017 sxt Dodge Challenger. exhaust sounds so beautiful. I love the sound on the car. I recommend them If u need to install an exhaust or anything for your car and the price is very good

Great experience with superior took them my car with very loud exhaust they recommend right fit and sound for a great price and quality work! Even bought my car back and they put it on the lift and repaired part of my exhaust that had NOTHING to do with them or the work they did for free and it was right after they closed for the day. I had an exhaust leak and I was wondering where to take my vehicle and I looked up a couple places and I ended up going to superior automotive. Definitely a good decision. They all were very nice and answered all my questions. And they did an excellent job and in a good amount of time. And the prices was very good as well. I definitely would recommend them to anybody. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. They fixed the absolute hack job Big Al’s did on my exhaust. Ryan was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and why. He answered every question I had and was super polite and even took before and after photos. I will definitely never be going anywhere else for my exhaust work.
