I’ve visited this place it’s in the neighborhood since I have no transportation, but I tell you this is the worst, you spend your money on cold water washers only never any hot water and your clothes comes out smelling like the rest room sewage. Disgusting Im looking away to get legal service involved. The owners are committing fraud. The Machines says hot, warm or cold water, not cold water only.

Very pricey for a laundromat. One machine would not take my card after my laundry and detergent was loaded. The attendant was extremely rude and instead of helping, she wanted me too pay for another machine. They refused to assist in obtaining quarters and just walked away. Sorry my review is so negative, but others need the truth.

Great place to come to wash if you don't have a washer and dryer yet 3.50 loads 5.00 large load 8 really large load 25. To dry 6 mins that's okay my clothes are still clean.

Its always dirty. There's homeless people hanging around all the time, asking for change and using the bathroom. The staff not even ignore them but freindly chats with them and allows them to hangout out front and inside. When you have legitimate issues with the machines or anything the staff also treats you as if your an inconvenience.

A/C is broke attendants says its been broke since last Wednesday.Was told new owners Not tryna fix it. Flies inside dryer.everywhere!! Horrible too hot to spend my hard earned money. No stars earned but I could not leave a comment!!

First off... I HATE not having a washer / dryer in my apartment I normally go to Colley Laundry but it's been extremely busy lately and the parking there is very inconvenient. Decided to try this place in Portsmouth. It's large, lots of machines, which is great! They take cash or debit / credit cards which is convenient (I learned tho that you're charged a 25 cent convenience fee for using your CC). The employee that was there when I first walked in was a very friendly polite older lady. Complimented on my dress and everything They have an area with tables and vending machines. A game for kids - even a little ride for kids. $3.25 and up for washing- up to 5.50. About 2.50-3.50 for 10-15 minutes. Overall it's a good deal and I appreciate that there was always someone on duty. Also- they are right next to Popeyes in case you get hungry!!!
