“Staff was very friendly and we were able to find what we were looking for. The reason for the 4 star is simply this. We walked into a store that smelled like someone just smoked 10 joints in the place! The smell was almost to the point of nauseating.”
“All I can say is WOW!! I went there for a group event and we had so much fun. We also had a chance to do some exercises with boxing sets. Even though I'm disabled, I was not gonna let this stop me from at least trying it out.??The coach who worked with me was amazing and I was able to sit down and punch the sparing padded gloves he had on. I was able to box for about 15/20 mins before I had to stop. It was so HARD!! Lol!! But I'm so glad I got to try! It's definitely a great workout and a great way to let some frustrations out too! Lol!Not sure if I'm going to join (YET) because of some limitations I have, but this is definitely something I want to work up too doing for sure! The boxing coaches are so nice too! They showed us the correct stance. Lots of fun and plenty of exercise! If you want a place to exercise but with boxing, THIS is the place to go! Here is a picture of some of our group using the punching bag.”

“What an amazing place and gentlemen. Absolutely the best pro shop around. Takes his time to explain the science he is using to drill your ball, then ensures you understand how to improve your stance, release and game. Follow on service is amazing as well, takes time to provide fine tuning to ensure the absolute best fit. Will be the only place I use from now on. Just wish I would have found him sooner.”

When I arrived, my item was ready. I wanted an additional item and asked if the associate could check the system for availability. Tyler who was working at the service desk was happy to assist me. Tyler located the item in the system as well as in stock. He went above and beyond to make my experience an exceptional one!”
“I recently visited Champs in MacArthur Mall because I had an issue with the look of an item that I got my son for Christmas. George was very understanding and helped me resolve my issue. George was very accommodating to me with a pair that I thought was less than perfect with a pair that I was happy to walk out of the store with. Customer service is just not what it used to to be George gets 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars from me.”
“My son wanted these Jordan's that they did not have in the store, Erika offered to check and see where we could get them, we ultimately had to have them ordered and shipped. She was a big help as he really wanted them for Homecoming. When the shoes arrived they were a little dirty and had some marks, could have possibly been a demo shoe, we returned them to the store to see if they would be able to get a pair shipped overnight, I ended up calling the 1-800 number and the guy on the other end just wanted to refund our money stating we had to return them for inspection before they could ship any out, Erika got on the phone with the rep and took care of it all, she did a great job, the shoes got shipped out and arrived the next day just in time and my son is super happy. We definitely will be back to make future purchases. I have always been pleased at this store with the purchases we have made.”

“Love this store!! My son was in the market for some new kicks and he requested to go the mall to one of those “athletic stores”. So we shopped at least four other shoe stores within the mall before he found the ones he had to have at Champs. Malachi was our super nice and professional store associate who helped with our shopping experience from beginning to end. “My online experience was horrible. I attempted to order a pair of shoes for daughter like I always do. The order was supposed to be curbside pickup, so that I can have time to finish my errands. I attempted to place the order a total of about 8 times with no success. Because her size was the only size left in stock I had no choice but to go inside. I was greeted by Monae, she knew exactly what I wanted and made my overall in store experience super pleasurable. I will most definitely be shopping again soon for school.”
