All three of my children has attended this daycare and my kids absolutely love it. My kids been going here since my youngest was nine months old. He is now three years old. My kids learned a whole lot at this daycare. They absolutely love all the staff that works there. They get treated very well at this daycare. All of the staff that works there love the kids with no hesitation they actually really teach your kids at this daycare. Very supportive when it comes down to any questions that you may have they will answer It was no problem. If you your child have any incidents or anything they have no problem with Calling you and letting you know what is going. Communication there is top tier. I recommend this daycare ?. Thank you for all y’all do for our babies.

My baby [3 months now] has been going to Small Voices since 01AUG23 [6 wks. old], and she loves it. I knew this was gonna be our daycare bc my baby smiled when we did the tour, and my baby never smiles. I met Mr. Knowles, Mrs. Gaines, and Mrs. BeBe my first day. Mr. Knowles explained everything about the daycare and even walked me through how to go about getting childcare assistance. We don't qualify for the assistance but the fact that he extended that option was so helpful. Mrs. Gaines is so calming and reassuring. When I first called, I was stressed bc the daycare that said they held my baby a spot cancelled; and didn't even call to tell me. I had 1 week to find my baby childcare bc of their director's failure and inconsideration. However, Mrs. Gaines calmed me down and said that can take her and kept up with me with daily check-ins to ensure I got my paperwork turned in for her to start school. My baby's teacher is Mrs. BeBe and my baby loves her soooo much! She sings to my baby they play and talk, and she always greets her with a big Goodmorning and a big Goodbye! I know and feel that she loves and cares for my baby. I honestly feel that they all do. Another bonus is that I've met a couple of the other parents. We see each other around the same times dropping off the kids and picking them up and everyone looks so happy. Each parent talks to their baby before taking them into the building and wishes them a good and says they love them, gives kisses etc etc. So seeing that my baby is around other parents who give their babies lots of love floods my heart because its so much love being poured into these children and into this building. I am so grateful for Small Voices and am so pleased with their service. This is my baby's place and the place for the other children too. I would recommend you bring your baby here 10/10. Also want to add they send pictures through Brightwheel of your baby's playtime and are very good at keeping you up to date about what your baby needs for the upcoming week. I am a Pamper's mama so whenever i give them diapers or wipes they save the bags for me so i can scan them and get my points. All her diapers and wipes have her name on them [they write their name on their diapers] and she has her very own little yellow cubby/ locker so her clothes, bookbag and, coming up, her little fur coat. GREAT PARENTS! GREAT STAFF! GREAT FACILITY!

My daughter had a great experience at this facility. She attended when she was 8 months old. It was her first time in day care so naturally I was a bit worried about leaving her. But the staff welcomed her with open arms. She loved the facility and everyday when I picked her up she was all smiles and playful. I also loved getting the notifications throughout the day, letting me know when she was changed and how much she ate. Awesome professional facility!

Small Voices Academy is an outstanding facility. The staff is well trained. They are patient with the children and respectful and courteous to all who enter their facility. They are always professional. Mr. and Mrs. Knowles are very delightful. If you want your child in a safe and caring environment please bring them here.

My children have been attending this facility since a very young age. Im a mother of 5 children my oldest is 14 years old and she started goin at about 2 years old. Mrs. Knowles is a sweetheart. Her staff are very professional and the facility is clean. Ive never had any problems with my children attending. If an incident ever occured I was notified immediately. They feed them well and they also teach them things the school curriculum would teach them. 3 out of my 5 children were potty trained at this facility as well because the staff just knew they could use the bathroom without pullups and motivate them to do it along with patience lol. Mrs Knowles has been doing this for sooo long with kids and that lady have the passion and the drive to do it so I wasnt surprised after my 1st 2 children grew old and i had my last 3 liftle children that she was still doin this with her facilities. Overall I absolutely recommend this facility over ANY other facility and that's stamped ❤lol ?

My child attended the Portsmouth location a few years ago and he was hurt badly. No one contacted me and when I brought the situation to Mrs.Knowles attention she completely disregarded me. Please parents DO NOT send your children to this place. The owner Mrs.Knowles only does it for the money and she does not care about the kids. If you ever have a problem and go to her with an issue she will brush you off. BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The reviews are lying ! My kids been going to this establishment for 7 years , I have never had problem ! Both mr and Mrs Knowles treat your kids like their own ! To come up here and lie is very disgusting and I hope people like you do not return ! Great job on everything small voices do ! I appreciate you guys more than anything

Although I don't have children registered with small voices, I highly recommend them for your child care needs. I used to work for the owners and believe that while under their care your children are well cared for and nurtured.
