Serves old food, chicken that was hard edge with rubber inside, couldn't get a refund unless a manager was on duty and thats just the second inconvienence. They couldnt tell me when one was going to be there and was told to call back before i come. Out of principle since I felt they got me for 17 dollars, I was going to go back but just decided between the shooting, stabbing, robbing, horrible service and food; I would just never go there gain and suggest you do the same.

The folks that work there were nice. The potato logs are just entirely to big. I got 3??♀️ One of them weren't very knowledgeable about the product or the breakdown of the product. Someone had to tell "her" what to do and how to sell it ?

I traveled through this location on the 17 Mar, everyone I talked to look like they were miserable, I waited about thirty minutes for the fries that My wife has requested, I witnessed two on the checkout dancing, I know it is hard to find good help,but they need to be trained on customer service, My Lawrence Bullock thanks for allowing this platform!

This Royal Farms is a huge waste of time (twice). I placed an order and only after placing it was I told there would be a 15 minute wait. A little over 30 minutes later I finally got my food. The manager seemed like he wanted to make up for it with a complimentary meal but when I went back, he wasn’t there and it wasn’t posted anywhere. Wasted my time again. If you care about your time, I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Got a 3 piece dark chicken ate one piece of chicken tasted a lil funny woke up in the middle of the night with the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had… beware of the deli I wouldn’t risk it… I will also be calling a health inspector to ensure this place gets looked at properly

First of all, there's no reason for a gas station to smell soooooo good so early in the morning. The food is cooked fresh for you, and all you have to do is go to a monitor and order (don't wait behind someone like I did only to find out there's like 10 monitors available). Easy to order, pay for your meal at the front registers and pick up your order when your number is called. Chicken is sooo good, fries are hot and crispy and both are full if flavor; but the mashed potatoes and gravy ??? ! I have to say that's the best Gravy I've ever had! #donttellmyfamilyisaidthat.
