Lazy associates with music blasting. Stood there until I guess the song stop. Manager has no professionalism or customer service skills. Asked a question and just shook her head like a robot. They mark down the same item because of color and won’t work with you to get the similar item in a different color.

The manager Cydni is always nice to me when I’m passing through. Even though I don’t buy from her section that often she always helps me find things I need in the store. She deserves a raise!

I went in there to get a refund on a rug and they told me the person I had to ask was not going to be there until 10 am soo I started looking around and got 5 pairs of jeans and a pair of brown caches for like 75 bucks soo I got six pairs of pants they have a good deal on jeans there I think I paid 11 bucks a pair for 5 pairs and paid 9.99 for a pair of 31.30 I think I got a good deal

My visit to Roses' on what should have been a nice shopping day was met with frustration. As I arrived at the store on Airline Blvd, I looked around the parking lot for a shopping cart and saw none. While entering the store I noticed that there was no shopping carts in the cart bin. I went inside thinking ok I will just run in quickly and pick up a few items. I noticed that there was several shopping carts filled with merchandise that employees had used to put out items, stating for employee use only.These carts were needed by customers to shop. Please invest in providing shopping carts for the customers. Also employees are needed you should not have to spend twenty minutes in line waiting to check out because there is only one cashier. Not to mention that I have to go back today because I was overcharged. Please help your customers and re-train your management

If you are at a schedule of every tight budget and you just got your taxes and you just trying to move into a place think about going to Rose's have some decent furniture just to get you started

One of the last free standing roses department stores that I know of. Hope it can last longer, but was pretty empty when I was there.
