the chubbier man (the owner) is always super friendly, nice, and understanding. However the older man is very rude and disrespectful! I asked him a questions and he shrugged his shoulders…. And then proceeded to lock himself in his office….. what type of customer service is that? he then said that he was going to call his daughter up to the shop to come “Handle me”. I was shocked. he was so mad that he shut the shop down and went home…. he couldn’t handle a customer interaction, and the owner should definitely look into getting another guy to be by his side… the one he has now just makes the whole place look bad.

Bought a tire the gentlemen was nice but the tire was trash total waste of money. The new tire wines and vibrates because it's cupped. Total scammers.

Bought a used tire. Service was great. The man was pleasant! However, on my way home the tire blew. Roadside assistance came to help! My 17 year old daughter was driving. The roadside assistance man was very upset stating that not only were our lug nuts not put on tightly, they were also cross shredded. He said things like this could kill people! Tried calling the place back and no one answers. The price was great but it’s not worth putting yourself in danger! Please beware and don’t go here!!!!

Why is it that you have a phone number listed, in which nobody ever answers? I have called every day for the past week and got no answer. Drove up there during business hours, two days in a row and nobody was there. Tighten up on your services or UPDATE your info and promotions to match the actual quality of your work and poor service. It’s really horrible. I don’t understand it.

This place was awesome I went there because bargain tires had told me that they could not patch my tire and I could not afford their one tire they were charging for. The man looked at my tire and instead of selling me a tire he decided that the tire could be fixed and did not understand why they told me that it couldn't be. I've been there before and received three tires from Portsmouth discount tires in the past and had excellent service then as well. They're honest they work hard and their prices are fair give them a shot.I know that I will go to them first from now on.

Devoghn was awesome! Price I was quoted was exactly what I was charged. Recommend 100% if in need of a replacement for your spare!
