“Great selection of reptiles, birds and fish! Live plants too. Tanks, hides, substrate materials also. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only place I've found for live foods for my daughters Ball python. ( she won't touch frozen), even though this shop carries pinkies etc.”

“My husband had a life threatening emergency while we were camping on hatteras. He was airlifted & I came up here with my 2 dogs in tow. These people rose to the occasion to help me & called my veterinarian to get the health papers they needed to let my dogs be boarded while I deal with this situation. My vet is in Massachusetts. To know my dogs are safe is everything. I don't know what I would have done otherwise & I can tell you 2 other places blew me off”

“I am rating this store based on the grooming experiences. Ms Bre has been our groomer for almost two years now and she is quite an awesome pleasure to our Koko. Bre is punctual and a such a beautiful soul. I love the location of this store, a few steps from some of my favorite shops and eateries. Parking is plentiful and it's never a wait here. I drop Koko a few minutes before her scheduled appt. and Bre has always been there ready to receive her. Bre is currently the only groomer here and I hope they are treating her super well. Have fun and enjoy life :)”

“Went in for a couple things. A light up collar for our puppy and some toys for our bigger dog who's Birthday we were celebrating. I was kind of bummer that there were only 2 options for the light up collars, and both were too large and heavy for a puppy. I tried to find a Collar with reflective stripes or material but again they had none for a puppy. I did get some toys and items for the big dogs, so not all was in vein. Overall a good ecmxperience, however I wish they had a better selection.”

“My husband and I visited this pet store often since we just moved a month ago on a search for a puppy. They always have puppies every week and a variety of them. We just recently adopted our new Australian shepherd and Keeshond mix 10 week yr old. Their pet visits and first shots all included into the price of the puppies. They also do holds to hold onto the puppy till you are ready to take them home for $100 a day, each day hold amount gets subtracted from the total that your puppy costs. Ivey and Sarah were super helpful to us with the process of getting our new baby. We love our puppy, she's healthy smart and very active.”
