“I LOVED IT. My granddog was visiting, and I decided he needed a bath. I called his parents to see where they took him, and Poodle Palace was it. They washed and groomed him for me at the last minute. Just the customer service alone was worth it. My Granddog even seemed to know where he was going and was excited to go. They came and got me from my car when he was ready. How about that for service. I would recommend them.”

“We love going to simply pets as a whole family. There staff is very knowledgeable and help out anytime we need anything. We have a 55 gal fish tank and a Leopard Geico that constantly need attention. There prices are fair as well. Haven’t really had any bad experiences. They also have a reward system you can sign up for.”

“I don’t normally shop at a pet store as everything seemed so convenient “online;”however, when a food shipment for my new sphynx kitten didn’t show up as expected I told myself NEVER AGAIN. I want to be able to walk into a store and buy my cats “special food” and have complete control. Sure, things may be a little more expensive but you don’t buy a sphynx without that expectation to begin with. Especially when you get the customer care both Anthony( store manager) and Kayleigh (customer associate) greet you with at the Petco off Hanbury road. They both were diligent in finding the perfect fit to my kittens needs. If Anthony didn’t know something, he used his handy dandy electronic tool to figure it out about his products. Kayleigh went right to the product she felt would meet my need, and after much research that in fact was the perfect fit. Thanks so much Anthony and Kayleigh for making me a new loyal customer! Their produce is fresh, the bakery section is excellent (the croissants are a must-try), and I love the weekly rotating specials — there's always something new to check out. The staff is friendly and efficient, making checkout quick and easy. It’s a great spot for both everyday groceries and a few unexpected finds.”
“*Visiting from out of town for 2 weeks, would return if I were stationed here.* They were able to get my girl in for a bath, de-shed, toenails, and ears with just a few days notice. Not only does Rose smell amazing but they actually took the time to de-shed her (we’ve done this service at other places and hair just continues to fly off of her). Alanna was amazing and cannot recommend enough to anyone searching for a great place for their pet. Their small Sshop also had a lot of safe, minimal ingredient snacks for your fur baby. Hope this review continues to help others find, I base my selection of places solely on recent reviews ♥️”

From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. The process was smooth and welcoming, not rigid or stressful as I had imagined. The grooming team was clearly full of hardworking, pet-loving professionals—any business would be lucky to have them.
Not only did the appointment go off without a hitch, but the results were absolutely fantastic. My dog looked great and seemed just as happy with his new look as I was.

“Wednesday 11/6/24 I went in just looking for a dog, not expecting to get one that day. I had everything ready for getting a puppy but I did not think I would get my heart stolen so early. I called ahead to see what dogs they had and Asia listed all of them. I was in the VA beach area and by the time I got there it was close to closing. Asia ended up letting me see the Corgi they had and I fell in love. Asia stayed late to make sure I can take my sweet girl home with me. Asia was absolutely amazing and super kind! She did not have to stay late and I kept apologizing but she said she would rather see this sweet girl go home. My little Rosie came home with me that night and the following day I was able to get her into the vet. She is in perfect condition and I couldn’t have found a better mommy’s girl than my little Rosie. And I owe it all to Asia.”

“Had my dog’s nails trimmed. Very personable staff as always. I did contact them to make an appointment and was very pleased with the service and interaction with the groomer. A+ for a great worry free nail trim. Their dogs always look great after hair cuts. Highly recommend to others needing grooming or nail trimming services”
