If you don’t know anything about cars like myself don’t you worry O’Reilly in Portsmouth got you. When I went inside I was greeted with a friendly hello, they made me feel welcome. I don’t know much about cars but I knew my brake rotors were bad because they were making a grinding noise. They were really helpful and help me find the right parts.

I am happy to share my VIP experience with O'Reilly. I needed a replacement battery for my wife's 2019 Nissan Murano. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. I was greeted and assisted by a friendly and knowledgeable young lady (Autumn). Dora was also helpful and they were handling the counter with teamwork and professionalism. Good employees make a difference. Next time I need to go to an auto parts store I will go to O'Reilly's first even though it isn't the closest to my home.
