Was able to do everything over the phone! I was in my unit within hours. This place is exceptionally clean and they have multiple rolling carts for you to take your stuff to your unit. Highly recommend!

The storage looks clean and the unit was set up for easy access to our items without having to dig all the way in the back like most units. Only concern is that the elevators close too quickly, which is frustrating when pulling a cart.
