I asked for a fill in with a French manicure on the tips. He cut my name down to the middle jagged and then added the acrylic. You could see the jagged cuts. Then he said we don't have the color for a French manicure on the nail! Who doesn't have the color for a French manicure! Then he said the jagged part doesn't look right, you need to do a solid color! I thought I was getting punked but no cameras appeared. I left with a solid color. Then he tried to add the French tip on top of the solid color. What the crack is going on! And he had a STANK attitude. AND they tried to service someone before me. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!! USE LEE PRESS ON NAILS BEFORE YOU GO THERE!!! The other salon in the same shopping center had a 3 hour wait. This salon had a 15 minute. I should have paid attention to the clues. They don't allow zeros so I had to give one star.

First time here. Everyone sp polite and professional. Safety precautions and place was clean. steady flow of customers. Will definitely return.

I came here today March 16 2021 at 14:30 to get my brows cleaned up. The lady came out as soon as she was finished with the last client and asked who was next I went in the backroom. I greeted her with a "hello how are you"... no reply. She told me to sit and I asked if she would please wash her hands with soap and water, she said No, I replied " did you say no, would you wash with soap and water please" she said "No" again so I kindly walked out as she began to speak in her native language to the other lady in the back, also doing someone lashes. I sat in the car and made this review.

Do not go to Laura. She did a fill for me. However she did not buf well which was apparent from the clear coat. Also the design was messy and I had to go back to let her fix it. She complaint the whole time in another language then had the nerve to tell me not to come back to see her anymore because she does not want to do my nails. I would give the rating a 0 if I could except the manager/owner, Kevin is fantastic. I'll go back but to see him.

Only the best in the city! Have come here so many times and only have had perfect nails. The gals suggest great colors when needed and are always so careful and gentle. I am so picky and they only do perfect work. Such a gem!

Good selection of colors and the employees are very detail oriented. It's not the most relaxing experience but the end product is very good. Cleanly done and gel pedis last forever. New favorite nail spot.

We had a great experience at Nails Etc. Everyone there was really nice, accommodating and laid back. They were running on schedule and took their time with us, including doing hot stone massage and warm towel wraps! Best pedicure I have ever had!

Had my nails done yesterday. I showed a picture of what I wanted and received exactly that. It’s not a fancy spa, but the service and product are amazing. I’ll definitely be returning.I will choose this place to be my nail care

It is understandable why the owner doesn't claim this shop. I refrain from using the word "ghetto" that is more about an economic status of a neighborhood or location. I prefer the word "uncultured". I went to the shop 89 months ago and most of the reviews before mine were accurate according to my one visit. Even the presence of a child and infant seven months old while the mother was doing nail beside the little boy and she said he was 7 months old. There was an attempt at professionalism since the techs wore aprons but that's where it ended. There were all sorts of fat parts hanging outside of the aprons and over their jeans. The tech who helped me charged me five dollars to repaint gel polish she applied one day prior. The owner wasn't there; so that gives you an idea of their integrity. Old gel polish, prices not posted...trust their reviews! In "Ptown" we called these kind of people "common". They are simply willfully ignorant.

I came in on Wednesday evening to get a gel pedicure, a fill with gel polish and my eyebrows done. Nobody was on the same page regarding the price and the man that did my pedicure didn’t seem familiar with using gel my polished chipped on Friday. The lady who did my nails seemed like she wasn’t use to doing long nails and she rushed the gel and her shaping made my nails look weird. My nails look lumpy. I will not go back for any services other than eyebrows! Gel pedicure 37.00 fill with gel polish 32.00 +3.00 to take off gel 35.00 never again!
