I been living at Montgomery square for a few years and love it here I wish they could keep a property manager the last property manager we had Mr. Michael. He was a pretty cool guy. He knew residents by name. And always made you feel comfortable talk to him about the property. We also have a maintenance guy Kevin oh he is awesome . Kevin always make sure if I have any work orders they are taken care of right away. we were starting to have activities with Mr. Michael was here with the resident but now that he’s gone it’s like no more activities. I just don’t think it is fair that we don’t have a property manager anymore even though the other building, the people are located at other properties. I think that we need a property manager on site as well. Other than that I have no complaints. Keep the maintenance man, Mr. Kevin And found us another property manager. Thankyou

Moved in sometime. Foul odors are stinking up the place. Can’t even use the gym anymore because kids want to smoke inside. Washer and dryer don’t even work either. It’s very old appliances as well. Some of it hasn’t even been checked out by professionals.

When we were running out of time in finding somewhere to stay while my husband is stationed here, I lucked out on an opening here and we love it! The application process was seamless with Indya and we feel safe here with our toddler. Email updates on things happening and maintenance requests/reviews keeps us in the know. Great updated appliances and finishes. Love the wood floors and high ceilings.

I enjoyed living here. Indya in the rental office is very professional and on top of her game! I moved in when there was another young lady there and she was very slack as well as the maintenance “supervisor”. Since she took over it was great there for me. The elevator needs to be updated but other than that, it’s good. Water included in rent.

I just moved in April 30th and Indya Scott has been nothing short of Awesome! She’s very helpful and engaging with the tenants. She makes sure your needs are met. I love the fact that she keeps an open communication and response in a timely manner. I couldn’t ask for a better property manager. The only reason I wouldn’t give it a 5 star is because the property only has ONE maintenance guy. I will say that he’s a great guy. I just feel he needs a team working with him. That’s a lot on one person trying to get things done. Other thank that, this is a GREAT place to call home. Hopefully this review help you with your decision.

I just moved in this past week (May08) and the ENTIRE experience was seamless and nonetheless short of professional and efficient. The new property manager (Gabriella Cardelle) was amazing with CONSTANT open communication regarding me ending up having to change units due to a delay of my move-in date because of a recent deployment. On that note, this complex is very military friendly. If it wasn't for Gabriella’s flexibility and constant concern for me successfully signing the lease, my experience at Montgomery Square Apartments would’ve been a COMPLETELY different story. I highly recommend this place to call your home! Its in a neighborhood surrounded by good eats and close to practically everything. And as the new property manager, Gabriella Cardelle’s professionalism and friendly personality will make anybody’s experience with any interest in making this place your home an easy one! If you’re looking for a new place, definitely check out these apartments. The majority of them have different layouts and they have “character”, as opposed to a “cookie cutter” apartment complex, which in turn, makes it easier to make it your own and feel right at home.

The new Property Manager, Gabriella Cardelle, is amazing!! When COVID19 started to effect the business operating hours Mrs. Cardelle kept in touch with me through my whole process. I was able to reserve my apartment in April, she was able to make time for me to view the apartment in May and will be moving in June. She is very prompt when it comes to responding back via email and phone call. I highly recommend everyone to speak with Mrs. Cardelle about the property and I cant wait to call Montgomery Square home.

Been here since 2014. It's home. Its right off the highway so you can get where you need to go fast-- great Portsmouth location. Naval Hospital, NFCU, post office, restaurants/bars a short walk away/drive away. Staff knows my pup by name& provide pet waste bags. I don't get some of these reviews. We use a lot of power. TV on all day/night, streaming all day/night so PS4/XBOX, A/C on auto all day/night. I just got a power bill for $94 yesterday. Not bad at all. 2 BR and I have high ceilings. Its apartments, so the building has other people living here too. You cannot control everyone and whatever they do as individuals isn't a reflection on the whole building. Ambulance sirens aren't things management can control. I have lots of windows and keep them closed and I barely hear anything. I don't expect to be coddled or shielded from every little inconvenience for that is unreasonable. I do expect for maintenance to fix stuff, the office to share important community info, etc. Ya know, normal stuff. Victor is a maintenance god and will get things taken care of in very reasonable timeframe. It's not a lot of apartments, so he gets it all done. He does expedite parts needed to fix stuff, and he works it all out to get it done as quickly as possible. Brian signs/accepts packages for you-- he always has a smile on ready to meet you & help you out!

It looks beautiful but that's all, nothing worked in our apartment! The washer and dryer got replaced three times in one month. Out stove broke and they only have one repair guy so it always took them two weeks to fix anything! We had to get a new dishwasher as well! The ceilings were so high so our electrical bill was always expensive. We couldn't walk outside without having some homeless guy ask us for money. Very disappointed and overly priced, definitely not worth it! We moved out as soon as we could!
