Was looking for a pickup truck for quite some time, as I was wanting the right one at the right price. Thankfully I came across Monarch Motors because I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Seriously. George & Ryan were awesome! Super chill, no pressure, very informative, customer service friendly and very knowledgeable. Down to earth and extremely easy to talk to, as well. When I was asking questions about the truck, they were even providing information I didn’t ask/forgot to ask about. Extremely honest and forthcoming about EVERYTHING. And on top of that, the owner (Karna) was awesome, as well. Super cool dude and he even broke protocol (as far as his normal business operations) just to help me out as much as possible and put his trust in me just as I was putting my trust in him/them. The entire transaction from top to bottom was phenominal. SOOOOOO glad I came across this place! Not sure if I will be buying another vehicle any time soon, but if/when i do, I definitely know the first place I will be looking….. MONARCH MOTORS!!! Appreciate it, fella’s! I will definitely be letting friends and family know about y’all and how awesome my entire buying process was. Absolutely top notch!

Ad for a 4Runner showed no rust but the pos had rust on every inch of the frame. Would not recommend unless you wanna be deceived. Staff were excellent to deal with.

Excellent customer service! Dealer Karna and Associate Ryan were outstanding. Promptly answered all questions. Courteous and professional at all times from our first inquiries through our purchase of a vehicle. ( 2010 RAV4) Great experience and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle.

I had gotten a 2013 Cherry Red Nissan Sentra. Great car, runs perfect , even after I’ve driven some miles on it. Even better I was able to get the car for a low price, they have great prices on cars. The staff were very friendly, answered all my questions and even helped me with the DMV info. I felt like I was at home. Definitely would recommend anyone to stop by and get a car through Monarch. Thank you guys again back at the office, loving the vehicle.

They're good guys. It's used cars for the most part, so do expect that. But they're more than willing to work with you on any issues and offer a *lot* of help for maintenance. They stand behind what they sell. Got a good price on my Honda as well.
