My experience with the manager Bidal was wonderful i came in.several times and the service was 150% i loved the help from Bidal knowledgeable and very professional and very kind love the help.

Please let me brag about the customer service at THIS location!!!!!I've had several different times that I've experienced issues with my phone because I dropped it from the little coffee table..Today Davida is the employee that helped me ... she's simply amazing... not only did she explain what she was doing but also why and gave credit to the other team members that taught her so very kind ...Josh is the team member 3 days ago helped me unlock and have access to my information .. once again very friendly and helpful...Niki was about a week ago and showed me a application that would restart my phone for my doordash so friendly and kind ...I've been to 2 other locations close to my house and was treated so horrible and rudely...Please metro pcs at least let THIS store know that the wonderful customer service and amazing customer service is the standard that metro pcs wants to be known for!!!! I think that everyone I mentioned should be acknowledged by the company!!!!Once again tha you so much for taking the time to actually provide exceptional customer serviceAmber C Grounds

Went in to see about upgrading my LG, was pleasantly surprised how sweet and friendly the 2 employees helping me were, Lea and Josh were also very informative and also helped with getting $30 a month off my bill, I’m definitely making this my store I shop in.

Simply the boss! The manager Bidal was FANTASTIC!!! The entire staff, Nikki, Josh and Leah were very helpful and answered all of my questions. This should be the only Metro you should go to.

My advice... Do not shop here. Go to any other Metro store in the 757 but NOT here. I went there for the promo "Get one line of unlimited with 5G for $25/mo & Get a FREE Samsung Galaxy A32 5G with an eligible trade-in". I was told by Luis that in order to get a FREE Samsung Galaxy A32 5G I had to sign up for the $60 plan. I found out the reason I HAD to sign up for the $60 plan to get the free phone was because he didn't process the trade-in. In addition, when I asked if the case and protector he was adding came WITH the phone because I will get one from Amazon. Luis said "YES", and I asked why my bill was $125 he said 1st month services, taxes, and activation - the best I can do is $104.60". He charged me for a screen saver but gave me a cover. The very next day, my son went to a different Metro where they traded his phone (identical to the one I was trading in), gave him the FREE Samsung A32 5G. His bill was $35. So, I was jacked for $70. It's not the money that had me in tears; it was the principle. No one likes to feel cheater. I will be super disappointed if it turns out my bill is $66 a month because I was assured by the store manager it will only be $25 going forward. We will see... Sooooo disappointed.

They have some Spanish overweight chick there acting like she runs the place. She is rude as all out doors. Tried to add on extra mess that I did not want and then going to say it’s comes with it. Had to go to another metro where they told me the truth. Is this who you guys have running your business? Never again will I come to this place and will be reporting to corporate.
