Dollar General needs to hire better employees period. The store be tore up. But they are always on their phones. Especially,while ringing people up. Customer service really went down hill at more than one location.

This place is in an okay part of Portsmouth, but I wouldn't recommend shopping there at night. I mostly go for the Dollar General.

I like this location. The staff is always ready to help. The store is clean, tidy and well stocked.It feels very safe and welcoming.
