I've never shopped at Kroger before, that being said, I was delighted to see how many options they give you. The produce is fresh and well displayed. The isles are huge so you don't have to squeeze around other shoppers. My only complaints are the prices. They are more expensive than other grocery stores but have more options. I may go back, but in this economy my wallet will not condone it.

A complete waste of time. 3 times in a row...different times of day and days of week. only one self check station open and 2 maybe 3 checkers open. Way long lines. another example of post Covid. "who cares they will wait" costumer service model. A they are not hiring and what they are offering is too low wage. Sad

I felt like I was in Walmart. They only had self check out opened and I waited 20 mins to ring up 3 items. I will try another location. I'm too old to be ringing up my groceries if I am paying good money for it.

I just came from a Memorial Day family gathering where one of the snacks was Kroger brand Wavy chips. They were not up to par because so many of them are burnt. I am very particular about my chips and these are awful. They even have a burnt taste. I am so disappointed.

So you' ve got something so sketchy and ridiculous going on in the deli department. The women who are responsible for taking orders for fried chicken etc... act like it's there own personal food. They are rude, unprofessional, and do ridiculous things like refuse to wait on you, tell you lies about the food not being available, telling you to go to other parts of the store wait for a half an hour then come back...there "control" issues are laughable. Kroger you need to check that staff and make them realize they are employees there to help customers not to act like it's there own personal store and they call the shots. Kroger you are losing a lot of business by allowing these women to work the hot food counters. Holidays are coming and no one wants to deal with there crazy attitudes, poor service, them acting like they are owners and have the right to call the shots it's ridiculous. Who wants to go shopping and have to deal with insane staff that are wasting your time and giving you major attitude. Kroger check them!!!!

Moved here 6 months ago I'm am in line waiting for money services. Normally I don't have a problem and most of the staff are friendly. Usually if they are not open there is a sign saying they are on break or closed I asked the staff who was supposed to be there or if whoever was supposed to be there going to come back and they just simply stated "she is here but we don't know where she is"I asked another staff and the lady I asked was the one supposed to be at the stationShe stated she blocked off the area and that she was on break (didn't specify how long) 3 other customers before me were waiting and said they were waiting for 5 mins, and I've been waiting for 10 Unprofessional and a little snappy

Gas gas. Save 10cents on the gallon..food shopping store was so busy , no shopping carts,you had to go to customers car to get a cart. Lots of bargains. I do recommend thisocation for shopping needs

They have nice clean stores and very knowledgeable when grabbing seafood. The registers are all open with no waiting. The prices are higher than Walmart with fewer generic substitutes but it is worth it at times

I Live in Portsmouth and usually travel to Suffolk to patronize that location because of the nasty attitudes @ Frederick blvd Kroger! I ONLY needed crab legs so I visited this location, only to receive the NASTIEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'D EVER GOTTEN! Seafood counter employee LEE was soooo ridiculously RUDE AND CONDESCENDING I have no clue How he's still employed with Kroger! Third time coming into contact with him & definitely will be my last because I will not step foot back into this facility due to his demeaning tone & failure to properly wear his face mask, then got extremely irate when I told him to stop lowering his mask while talking. Would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP THIS LOCATION FOR ANY REASON AT ALL WHATSOEVER!
