Being from out of town, not only did they get me on my way to my destination fast but they were very honest. They thoroughly explained what was and wasn't needed for the most cost effective resolution to our problem. Amazing experience and highly recommend!

I've been using Johnny's for over 10 years and they have always been up front and gave me the opportunity to approve or decline a repair if I couldn't afford his price. I see some reviews for them that aren't fair, they seem more like buyers remorse that actual concerns! Everything that was approved was always done right and Johnny himself is a genuine guy. I came from out of state and was in need of a good mechanic and I had a mishap and my vehicle couldn't get repaired as I need it well that vehicle is now being traded in but it stayed with them for about a year my fee from them under 200 dollars for keeping it there lets be honest there's not no place that do this they are a ppl business and work with the community and I am glad to meet them and there service is top notch that I can vouch for

I was taken to Johnny by the tow truck driver who rescued us. He said Johnny was a good guy. Understatement of the year. The whole place is family run, and I was treated just like family. I dont live particularly close, but I won't be taking my car anywhere else. Oh, by the way, excellent mechanics.

He got me right last year by installating my alternate. But i made a big mistake giving him my BMW truck in May 2022 the first issue is my car was ready on May 13th but didn't tell me until Monday May 16th. I called and spoke with his daughter who always answeimg the phone on that Friday 20th i told her i wasnt able to pick up the truck until Wednesday she said it would be $1079 because they dont charge for the weekend. My spouse called her back on that Monday the 23rd and she changed the price to $1098.00 kept charging me a storage fee until my price was $1123. And my car still doesn't work. I had second opinion he was suppose to fix my pulleys And a few other parts but when the car turn on it screams and it shouldn't. I put down $1000 so i paid him a total of $2,123 dollars for nothing while they laughed and walked away friday the 27th. Johnny is not a good company they like to get over on ppl and make money. Oh and he does it because he enjoy taking the titles what you tell me on the phone you have so many cars your about to open a car lot. People please don't do business with Johnny's in Portsmouth he is worthless and like to steal. But I will handle this the right way. He is a joke and they take advantage of ppl.Services: Brakes
