I visited this location for the first time. It was well-organized overall, but the fitting rooms were messy. There was stuff everywhere outside the fitting rooms. The smaller lady was nice, but the heavier lady was very rude. She had a full-blown conversation on speakerphone with her friend while processing my transaction. This was very poor customer service. Conducting a financial transaction on the phone while disregarding a customer is ridiculous. I wonder where they are hiring these people from with no customer experience and no customer etiquette.

The staff are really friendly if you're black. The 2 girls there the big one and the light-skinned, I have been there 4 times and they're rude to us every time. Sometimes I don't know where to go where hispanic

I was able to find what I wanted really quickly. The associates was so kind and courteous. The store was well stocked with fashions. The price was very an economical.
