I went through H&R Block online and was paired with William Norman. The first call I received felt like he was accusing me of lying about a child tax credit, my second call he made me feel like a COMPLETE inconvenience with his extremely exaggerated breaths after I asked for help with my situation ( that I solved by myself with the IRS) , after his obviously annoyed deep breaths I decided I'm gonna handle the situation myself through the IRS. I will never come back here or even H&R Block for that matter. I tried leaving reviews on other sites provided but of course they weren't posted when I checked.
