Ms. Valerie did not hesitate to keep reaching out to me for ask for specific information or if I needed to provide more forms. In spite of me finding her late in the tax time line, she went above and beyond to get me into the office to go over my entire return and explained how the errors were found and why they needed to be corrected after leaving from Jackson Hewitt. I so appreciate everything that she did for me. As a matter of fact, she helped me and it only cost me a fraction of what Jackson Hewitt charged and they did it incorrectly. I'm sticking with H & R Block from now on. I remember the first day of walking into the office and Ms. Ruby, said, 'why didn't you come to us first?' Now, I know why she said this to me, because they are truly fabulous and fair in pricing. GRATEFUL - I am so grateful to have found Ms. Valerie. Thanks Ms. Valerie for all of your help. I just can't can not express how much I appreciated her taking the time to look over my documents again with a fresh pair of eyes. I pray she never retires (smile). I have a new found love and respect for H & R Block!

To be clear, I did not come to the H&R Block specifically for the services. I just came as a neighbor, and a stranger to ask for a favor if they would show me some kindness. I came in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and came stating my purpose for the good and the welfare of the community that was around them. I specifically was asking if they would be willing to help me educate the community on the human rights act, or chapter 39 of the Virginia code which states that it is unlawful for a private business open to the public to refuse service or accommodations to anyone based on their religious practices, or any other protected class, such as gender, age, Etc.However, the moment I mentioned God and his authority I was asked very subtly to leave. So ultimately, it almost proved my point for being there as this business engaged in discrimination against me for openly and boldly, professing Christ, and holding my sincere religious view.If you are reading this, and even for a moment, think that you should side for a private business over the fundamental and precious principles that are not only protected by the constitution of both America and Virginia.To the holy one of Israel, and the precious son, that show the perfect way of perfect love and obedience by offering up his own flesh and blood, for all of us, in crucified on the cross, receiving the name in honor above every other name, because God is faithful and just . Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. Amen.
