Well firstly, the employee's where wonderful and very understanding to my rental needs. It was a broken light fixture in my unit and it was handled with the upmost respect and urgency. Ashlee the handle a situation where l was at my wits end and she solved it so professionally that I would like to recommend her for some kind of award or bonus. I that doesn't happen I'll give her one myself

Have really enjoyed myself. Love the peaceful and quietness and the great atmosphere. Entering and exiting by code is so much fun. 2024 here we come!!! Technology is definitely gonna be getting so much better as time goes by. I’m so excited in seeing so much stuff running electronically.?

Just got the unit so there is not much to say yet. The staff and facility is nice, helpful and place looks clean. It is climate controlled which is a plus and pricing is ok.

Great place store your belongings. Never had any issues. Facility is very clean secure but, what I like the most about Greenwood storage is their staff specially Ashlee and Sabrina.

Good pricing for the 1st 4 months, however the merchant started charging me for insurance after providing them a copy several times via email. When disputing it they continue to brush me off. I was told several times I did not have to pay a late fee to later be charged. I understand pricing goes up however I started with 90.00 a month to 200.00 a month for almost a year and half. Finally MOVED my items out. Never will get my business again.
