Great job! The very hard working crew of Classy Custom Detailing had my wreck of a van cleaned and shiny like new in record time! My van was a mess from loaning it to a young adult. They were messy as toddlers! Classy Custom Detailing got every speck of French fry, every blob of ketchup, and oh the odor! Thank you, Classy Custom Detailing, for a job well done. Fast, affordable, good. And polite! Thanks guys!

I bought a Groupon for this service. They did not show up. Texted me an hour after they should have been here and said they weren't coming (cuz) it was raining. It wasn't raining where I am. Owner was extremely rude and immediately told me just to get someone else to do it.

I heartily recommend Flick's Mobile Auto Wash and Detail. This is the cleanest my car has been since I bought it in 2010. Dave is so meticulous in his work. I am so impressed by his work ethic. Working in scorching heat, he persevered and made my car look (and smell) better than I could have ever imagined. He finished off the job by restoring the headlights, too. His prices are good, his services are extremely professional, and his work ethic is beyond compare. It was money well spent!

Very unprofessional and did a horrible job. Greg the owner and his crew took over eight hours to attempt full detail service on four vehicles. Started around noon, claimed to be finished at 8:30pm at night. Went to look at vehicles (in the dark) and they all still had dried wax on the exterior, they missed cleaning the windows on one vehicle, the entire front on one vehicle was waxed and they completely forgot to remove it and had wet mud on and under rear bumper. One car wasn't vacuumed, one car wasn't even washed but they still waxed it. Oh did I mention that they are very unprofessional. Greg kept referring to me as "Brah" and when my wife came outside to view the incomplete vehicles Greg the owner started dropping the "N word". When I complained about the service and the unprofessionalism, he stormed off with my car keys. I called him to request that he bring me back my car keys to both vehicles. He replied that he's not giving keys back, said "F***You", and hung up on me. I text him to let him know that I was going to call the police, his reply was "LOL". This company is very unprofessional, the owner is rude, and now it has escalated into a criminal matter. Hopefully the Chesapeake and Portsmouth police will help get this matter resolved.
