I have never had a negative experience at this FL, however, that was until this evening. I was standing in the self check out lane, awaiting my turn. A spot opened up, and as I was stepping towards the open kiosk, a FL employee waived the person behind me to take my spot. I made the remark
" That's how we do in this store "? The woman who had a name tag with April on it, replied " Yeah, that's how we do " . And directed the lady that was obviously behind me in line. Then April said something under her breath that sounded like a reference to Trump. April's attitude and demeanor was very off-putting and didn't reflect well for Food Lion.
Well that's my experience tonight, and I hope that it will be my last.

The store isn't bad but the staff isn't as friendly has the Elmhurst store and the produce and deli needs to be better stocked. Other areas of the store seem to be well kept though.

Purchase Kindersprout by the case, which is a plant based protein shack for my two year old who can’t drink cows milk. At first there has always been a limited supply as I purchase nearly 20 six-pack cases at nearly $15 per six pack per month, now they have taken it off the shelf altogether with no reason why! Customer care was no help at all!! I will simply take my business where our children are a priority in our community!!! Krogers keeps them in stock!!
