The young lady who was working there today around 3 could not have been more pleasant as she impressively juggled three customers at once. I was impressed.

This FedEx office is located inside the WalMart Suoer Center beside their Customer Service Area.It is a full service FedEx Location. It can wrap, package, ship, receive, print out labels from vendors return OCR authorizations, etc.The customer service provided by the FedEx employee was superfast and very efficient. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.The quality of service was top-notch. The line was fairly long, but it moved so quickly that we were all amazed and smiling. Nothing but compliments for that gentleman.

I can bet 1 million that the store rep jasmin will be on her phone the entire time youre there. The rep is no help at all , once I was there she was watching rhoda young with all type of profanity coming from her phone. she has no manners or customer service skills like "pls& thank you. anyone that is computer illiterate i recommand not going to this location. also i was charged $8 for computer time & 1 print all because their system was down

Not a full FedEx. Limited resources. Staff not familiar with the technology they have. I paid for $15 worth of copies and 5 min on the computer to find out the scanner doesn’t work and their equipment can’t produce the project I’m trying to make, which is a 2 sided color brochure.

Please do not print anything at this location. They did a horrible job and proceeded to give me the product without trying to fix their errors. I will never again use this location

The staff here is wonderful helped me a great deal.. I had college papers sent to my email I had. To download them on a pdf file but I couldn’t print them and the school just needed a signature but I couldn’t sign them on the computer I would have to print them sign then mail them to the school someone told me to go to FED EX they could help me ... I’m glad I listened they had me send the email to their email address I filled out the paper work they emailed it back to the school and just like that papers were completed and the cost was a few dollars and less stress I highly recommend this particular fedex inside Walmart the staff is wonderful
