Horrible customer service I've called a few times and they just hang up on you and they now close at 3:00 due to some stupid rule, and the only way they'll take orders is through will call you can't even come in the store and buy from them. Contractors get off at 3:30 expecting to get material for their jobs and Fastenal decides upon themself to close before any real trade workers like electricians mechanics Carpenters plumbers and those people that need the supplies can't get a hold of them this company is a joke, if I could give you zero Stars you would get that or even less

Fastenal in portsmouth virginia is no longer open during business hours and requires a 50 dollar minimum purchase or you cant buy anything.
