Almost everyone that you deal with at the front desk is rude. They have an attitude as if you're bothering them with your business. They also never seem to fix the actual problem with the vehicle. I've spent thousands of dollars here. Never again

There are the worst place to come too. I came in with a 30 to 45 minute job which was to replace 2 simple parts. It’s goin on 8 hours and my vehicle is still not done and still in the same spot. This company has poor sense of urgency and Customer care.

They picked up my truck 9/2/222 & haven’t seen it sinceWhen I called to check on status of service I’ve gotten nothing but the run aroundAshley didn’t wanna give her real last name and when asked where my truck was being serviced her response was we don’t give out that infoSo I’m making bi weekly payments on a truck that contains my personal belongings & don’t know where it is, when I’ll have it back or nothing COMPLETE SCAM
