I called 4:50 pm and my expectations were low being that close to closing time. I got someone right away, her name was Vida and she was absolutely wonderful! She helped me out with my issue and got it resolved quickly and she was so nice and professional.

At the DriveERT Customer Care Center, customers can manage their Pay by Plate or E-ZPass accounts and pay their toll bill via check, cash or card. Customers can also enroll in the Toll Relief program at the E-ZPass counter. Our representatives are able to provide assistance in English and Spanish. In-person and drive-through service available.
