I'd give no stars if I could. I came in around 9am to get a state inspection the guy at the front desk said there was a wait, that 7 cars are ahead of me I said ok and he told me they should have it done by 1pm. I agreed and left my car there and went home, 2:30 rolls around and I hear nothing from this establishment so I call and someone picked up and said it's not done yet. 3:30 pm now and heard nothing. I proceed to the store to make sure it would be done today as they close at 5 and two people tell me that the guy didn't get any of the cars done today including mine and made it sound like he just was lazy and brushed it off. What bugs me is they didn't even bother to call to say it won't be done today as this was an urgent matter and didn't have another time to do this, and if I had not of went to the store I would have been stuck with out a vehicle. You could have told me when I called that the guy isn't gonna get it done today but no had to be shadey and not give a crap. You don't run a business like that. I could have gone elsewhere and gotten it done but they lied and now I'm stuck. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND for anything.

I called early this morning to see if I can get my car towed to this location to get my tire changed. When I got here the counter guy didn't even say anything to me so I said hello and he looked as if I was bothering him while he was on his phone and it kind of upset me because the first tire he offers me was super expensive and the other price was honestly still expensive but I couldn't be picky for the fact I needed my tire for my car but he didn't once ask to look at it or maybe it can be patched or anything. After such a stressful morning with the tow company I decided to get a cup of coffee in this lobby and just relax...that was a bad idea ass the coffee machine had ants in my cup. While I was waiting I was wondering why it was taking so long to change 1 tire so as I'm looking around I see the counter guy outside and basically half there little crew outside looking and playing around a car that some guy was showing off. I asked the guy how long was the wait and he didn't give me an estimated time he just said the other guy had to go get the tire (the expensive tire that wasn't even there) I asked where is the sister shop at he reply's it's 10mins away so I told him that I didn't ask that I said where is it and he let me know where it is. I waited about an hour and half to get 1 tire put on. But my tire look good so the guys in the back are doing great work but the counter service is horrible!!

Update: Contacted to try and speak with manager and no answer. Contacted parent company who said they would contact the store to have the manager call me and I never received a call.
