Excellent service; fast, and very courteous! Came in for an interior detailing; I don't remember my Jeep being this clean when I purchased it! Years worth of dirt, grime, and sticky-kid-hands stains gone in only 2 hours. Job well done-- Thanks!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Poor customer service!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! I went in to get my truck washed and ended up with damage to my window tint. The employee did a fair job cleaning the exterior of my truck but I noticed something on my driver's side window and asked her was she going to clean that. She told me yes. After she tried cleaning it, the window just got worst. There was smudge all over the window. Then she took a razor blade and tried to scrap it off but the razor left a bunch of marks on my tint. I asked her what could she do to fix the issue and she went to get her boss "the owner Kim". When Kim came, she took a look at it as if her employee did nothing wrong. All she noticed was the smudge on the window when I kept directing her attention to the razor blade scratches. I asked her what was she going to do about it and she said nothing. I told her I want a full refund and she said no then left. One of the other ladies came to me, I guess she was the supervisor, and apologize for Kim's behavior and for the situation. Kim came back with a letter that she typed up basically saying she would give me a full refund if I did not hold her business liable for the damages. NOPE!!! I did not sign that mess and she did not give me a refund. I proceeded to explain to her that she will be hearing about this later since she does not want to fix my window. Even though the car wash was only $25, the damage to my window supercedes my experience with this company. I would not recommend anyone to this place. Charges will be filed accordingly.
