“This secondhand shop is amazing. The owner is so kind and runs a wonderful store. All clothing is $1 from baby, toddler, children and some adult clothes. $3 for shoes. It’s very well organized and everything is clean.”
“Family photos are coming up with my eight grandchildren and I saw an ad in my Facebook feed for t-shirts that said cousin crew. They were reduced to $4.99 which made me feel like they were few and far between. When I arrived at the store they had every size I needed; even the baby onesie. In the store, they were sale priced at $6 each. When I showed the ad online, every single shirt was price matched. This excellent customer service was provided by Alexis. She was so friendly and smiled cheerfully the entire time. Thank you Alexis for making this transaction so smooth.”

Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted by Robin, and a beautiful store filled with items that felt like they were hand picked by mom. From the softest stuffed animals, to the cutest clothing, and a collection of adorable books. “I definitely recommend the JC Penney salon in the Greenbrier mall for any ladies hair cuts! I always use Mary Beth as she is an excellent stylist and has been cutting hair for 40+ years! She is a sweet lovely soul. 5 star recommend her! She has done darkening dye, highlights and balayage in the past years in addition to cuts and trims.”

“One of our favorite stores for shopping!!! They have an awesome kids/babies section! I have a 3 year and a set of 2 year old twins. Perfect place to make sure they stay looking cute LOL. And of course I take a lap or two around the women section. Hahah from business attire to lounge wear, I never know what clothing items sneak to the register with me. They always have a sale going on which is a plus to my bank account. The store is easily accessible as well. Park at the main entrance and walk straight back to the right and you're there!!!”
“Just went in for some gym shorts for my child but they had some good sales, so we left with more than shorts. Kayla who was at the register today was so helpful and friendly. The employees keep the store well-organized, especially the folded graphic shirts.”
“Had a very nice experience here. I was immediately greeted and helped as soon as I walked in the door. Every staff member I saw asked if I needed help as I shopped and were super nice and extremely polite. They processed my huge bag while I Walked around the store.
A note on the prices- they appear fair to me. This isn’t a thrift store and it’s not new- their prices reflect that imo. Most clothing items $4.50 and they have deals too.

“Overall I have had good experiences at this once upon a child. It is very clean and organized and it is easy to find what you are looking for. The staff is also very friendly. I will say that I am always surprised at how expensive certain items are when they have all been used previously. Used shoes for kids are ridiculously expensive and some of them don’t look like they are in the best condition. I wish it had cheaper prices across the board. Some items seem very reasonable to me while others are way over priced for something that’s been used and not necessarily in great condition.”

“The absolute best place to shop for your home or kids. Ms. June is wonderful. We would come here and make a gift basket every time one of our friends or coworkers had a baby shower. We made a point to come in after coffee almost every Saturday for five years. Cannot recommend enough!”
