These guys are kind all but they don’t do a great job on checking what needs to be fixed on cars they sell. They will not tell you if anything is wrong also totally gave us a bs inspection paper. If you want to buy a car here please bring someone who knows cars and make sure to check everything little thing about the car you want to buy, press all the buttons, open all the doors roll down all the windows make sure the headlights work stuff like that because they obviously don’t and it will cost you.

After having several conversations and a video of the car running we decided a 2008 VW Eos VR6 was the car for us. We were assured many times that the vehicle was mechanically sound, there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, and that we had nothing to worry about when flying in from Minnesota to purchase said vehicle. Upon arrival my husband and son discovered that while the vehicle did run well, there were issues.
The most glaringly obvious was that if one locked the car using the remote control you could unlock the passenger door but then you had to enter the vehicle on the passenger side, reach over and press the unlock button on the drivers door, exit the vehicle, walk around to the driver's side and then enter the vehicle. I consider that to be a mechanical failure. While test driving the vehicle engine lights and codes did pop up. We are rather sure they had been there previously but were reset.
It seems odd that the vehicles offered for sale here were not prepped AT ALL for sale. There were plenty of employees available to do so as there were people sitting on the stairs, watching TV, lounging on the sofa, and hanging out back but none of them seemed to care about grabbing a vacuum cleaner or a dust cloth to make the vehicle more prepared for sale. It looked as if they went from the previous owner to the auction house to the sales lot. The car we were interested in had been on the lot since October and looked pretty grungy overall.
Needlessly to say we walked away from what could have been a future nightmare- especially with an 1800 mile return trip to Minnesota. I would recommend bringing an OBD-II reader with you to this dealership, go over every little detail with a fine tooth comb, and be prepared with a plan B. I was glad we had a plan B. Plan B is parked in my driveway after its drive back from another dealer in Virginia.

This is a no nonsense dealer. Their cars are reasonably priced for what they are. I have bought 3 used cars from them and every time had great experiences.

Bought a jeep from here and 2 days later the jeep was not working. It's a lemon. Bad service! Don't buy anything from here unless you bring your own mechanic to check it out. If not turn around don't even look their way. If there was a 0 star option I would have gave that. They lucky I have to give 1 star.

I would give the no stars if I could Carland is very inconvenient! I brought my car may 12th and may 15th the check engine light came on little things being happening to the car here and there . it hasn’t even been a month and the car is running hot won’t start …. called them they was very rude and said it was nothing they could do they just sell the cars but selling bad cars to those who in need of one isn’t right . before going to this lot please read the reviews don’t waste your time or money like I did . very unprofessional and don’t care I was sold a LEMON . & it’s nothing I can really do about it . READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE COMING THERE . Got a called from Carland June 12th at 4:30 pm telling me they wasn’t going help me anymore because of the bad review I put up but if you wouldn’t sold me a bad car you wouldn’t have to worry about a bad review the warranty they gave me don’t even cover anything for the vehicle straight scam calling bad business bureau

I acquired a car at the end of January, to date, we have easily spent about 2,500 dollars, since the 2nd day it was purchased it started with defects, and when we took it for inspection a ton of defects came out, while in the inspection they gave us according to It was recent, they said everything was fine, but when we took it out, the car did not pass inspection, and they are not responsible for selling you a car that is practically junk, don't throw your money in the trash, they really don't. It is worth buying here, they do not care about selling you something that is reliable for the safety of your family when traveling, they only care about the money they can get from you

Would not recommend, bought a car and during the pandemic they didn’t even want to issue new 30 days tags with one tag that flew off they still didn’t want to replace the one tag. Also sold a car that has alot of minor issues that needing fixing over time mirror falling off tape on the mirrors etc. They rigged it up to be sold poor service in asking them to fix things!
