The men were very nice to work with. They didn't have the box truck I reserved but the cargo van worked out perfectly.

Rented a truck a month in advance, got a call on my way to pick up truck at reserved time, to say no trucks available. Customer service says I need to wait up to two hours for an inventory manager to call me, two hours go by, I call back, they say to give them an additional hour. Call back in an hour and someone tells me they don’t know why no one has called me but they cannot fill the order. Transfer me to customer service where there is zero reception and get hung up on. Worst professionalism I’ve encountered from a large company.

We dropped our truck off at this location. There was damage to the truck when we bbn picked it up. The rep came out, looked at the damage, and quickly released our paperwork with a smile. Great customer service.

My experience with the vendor never took place because of how rude the gentleman who answered my call for a quote was. I was put on hold by another person who answered my call, and a gentleman picked up that told me he was with another customer and not able to answer my questions. I was waiting patiently and would have waited patiently until he was finished. I felt it was unnecessary to answer to tell me he couldn't help me because he was with another customer and then argue about what he said or didn't say. All I wanted was a quote and to ask questions about insurance requirements. Even taking my call and getting my name and number to call back would have been fine, but apparently there is only on computer and he was on it with someone else, not considering that I would have patiently waited and didn't need the quote exactly at that moment. Very disappoint as this was the ideal location but based on the demeanor of the gentleman I spoke to, I would be sketch about customer service at this point.

I reserved a truck online well in advanced of my need date and obtained a confirmation. Day of.the move arrived and I went to pickup the truck at 7am as requested only to find out no reservation existed for me. Had to wait until 8:30 for their customer service line to open. They eventually found a truck in another city 18 miles away. Went to that location and the facility had not been contacted. It wasn't until 1130 before I was able to get a truck. Budget has issues with their inventory control. Though they had the best rates I sadly will never use them again.

As with all car dealerships I felt like they were trying to swindle me. I got a quote of $515 online. When I got in the "quoted tax" was wrong so the real price was $538. Then insurance in case someone hits you (I think) ....it's either comp or collision I always get the two mixed up...isn't covered. So I got the cheapest now making the bill $737. But on top of all of that I went 1 way from VA to PA and was given 4 days and unlimited miles. UHaul would have been $1480 so I was still happy. Always make a reservation especially if you are moving at the beginning or end of the month. Staff was really friendly but the haggle that was going on with other customers was annoying to hear. I felt like I was in the movie "Used Cars". In and out in about an hour on a Friday with a 3:30 pick up appointment time. 3/5 for misquoted price and the haggle going on. Otherwise I'm satisfied. If those 2 things don't bother you it's a good deal. Will always use Budget over UHaul

Worst customer service ever!!!!!!! My husband called this location on our way to pickup a reserved truck rental for a move to Oklahoma. Reserved a month ago. On the phone the "gentlemen" told him that they did not have the truck and that they tried calling us. We never received a phone call at all or even a voice mail regarding our rental. So my husband being confused asked why not since we had an reservation that was a month old and the "gentlemen" started using profanity and hung up on him. very disappointed and will never use this company again! although another location of there's gave us 25% off coupon. I even called the customer service line to find a truck at a different location and there was none available and was trying to charge was $400 more dollars than what out reservation was for. These people are crooks!!! do not use them!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. Stay away from this place! Drive a little further for a different location. I turned in a truck after hours to this location, they didn't check it in until 2 days later and overcharged me a bunch of fees erroneously. When I called to discuss it, the incompetent moron kept insisting if there is an error, it is my fault. He also hung up on me, I called back to ask how long he will be there so we can discuss face to face, with paperwork in hand and he can't hang up on me, then he threatened to call the police if I trespass (AS A CUSTOMER!?!?) on his property and hung up again. I called back to get this name so I can report to corporate, and he hung up again.

We reserved a truck for our move this morning and no truck was available. Budget made no attempt to find us a replacement. Customer service said their system was down and could do nothing to help and then hung up on me. We had to pay our movers, but were not able to move. Next time I will use Uhaul for my move and I recommend that you do the same.
