Because of Kim Britton's expertise in taxes and accounting, my sister and I were able to avoid fees (and any additional costs) related to income tax matters. She made us feel at home, eased our worries, and welcomed any questions we had. She'll also do the same for you, saving you money and time. Maybe even putting money in your pockets! Oh, and did I mention her helpful staff, including Eddie, the office clerks, and her son. They were very pleasant and professional on the phone and in person. Thank you, Mrs. Kim Britton! I went there for my taxes in 2019, wasn't happy at all. The lady didn't know what she was doing, I ended up having to pay more because they calculated it wrong, and I got a letter from the city of Portsmouth wanting me to pay a business tax, and I had to send paperwork showing that I'm just a 1099, I don't 'own' a business. They really messed me up, will never go there again. However I did take advantage of the free car wash, but it wasn't worth it with all I had to go through to fix what they messed up.
