BOB EWELLS FOR THE WIN AGAIN exceptional service I have gone 4 times because of nails or metal in my tires and every time they are HONEST!! general maintenance oil changes anything you can trust your car will be taken care of at bob ewells. thank you to lacie and her team again!!! I will recommend time and time again.

The service team is very nice and provided great customer service. When the service needed for my car went over on estimated timeframe, the mechanic was polite to me when I checked in on time remaining. Overall they did a wonderful job replacing my headlights. Also, I had sweet furry companion to keep me company while I waited. #KeeKee

Went in for car inspection at 6:15am and was out in know time, Inspector informed me to bad belt that I also got replaced in a few hours wait. Staff is ALWAYS super friendly and helpful, answering any questions.

I absolutely love Danny and Lacy . Greatt work not all the cheapestt, kinda expensive but im a HUGE FAN of “ you get exactly what it is you pay” Bestt servive on cars in Portsmouth for sure.. im a REGULAR of Bob Ewell , all the mechanics know me on a firstt name basis.. i RECOMMEND them as ur go to mechanic if ur close to the downtown portsmouth area..

I have been taking my vehicles here for approximately 4 years for tires and repair. Service is top notch and the customer experience is very personable. I’m horrible with names but the young lady that receives your vehicle info and process your payments on the front office is awesome. She is always on the move making each individual a priority and seeing to the needs of the customer. I recently had an experience with Danny……probably the most awesome experience I’ve ever had in dealing with a shop. He took my call and diagnosed my issue over the phone and ensured me he could get it done. It was done exactly as he explained and exceeded my expectations. Thanks again and you have a customer for ever with me!

I brought my suv in with three major problems; fuel leak, no oil pressure and coolant leak. Danny and Shawn took the suv in the shop and called the next day. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Bob Ewell Tire.
