This bank is nothing like the reviews say. They are nice bank tellers very welcoming, I WOULD say give the bank a try for your self and not believe the reviews and let them scare you off ?, enjoy your day thanks for the great service I was provided today ?

I read the reviews and I’m here to say I went Friday and they have been nothing but helpful attentive and great I was upset going in because Wells Fargo wouldn’t give me the time of day twice now so when I went to BofA everyone was polite and great maybe they just need to hire more help but it’s Portsmouth most employee prospects are in the military or felons wouldn’t be able to work at the bank . It’s a little further but customer service for me at least was awesome oh and Wells Fargo has no security and keep their vault wide open just saying

Came in to add someone to account went thru the entire process just to be informed manager wasn’t there to ok add on not to mention the security violations I will be taking my business else where

Bring your sleeping bag and tent, I'm the third person in line and have been standing here for an hr and a half, mi d you, there is one clerk as well 9 people behind me. This place needs to invest in a food court and a watering station to compensate for unnecessarily slow service

Terrible guest service worst bank in America.Holding a paycheck from a major retail company. Ridiculous to tie up a family money for 10 days. We have had an account over a year. No one would help, we are canceling all accounts This bank is a joke and not a good choice for working folks expecting guest service of any kind.

I have been a member for a while now and I must say they are extremely helpful and sincere about customer service and safety they will help you out with all your needs I’ve had help with my credit from bankruptcy below 500 and about six months my credit is over 640 I feel really good and not ashamed to let you know what they have done for myself and my lifeI got a fraud call on the phone it was scammers so I went to the bank right away and I asked them to freeze my account they did and I was so relieved I don’t have much but what I do have I work hard for it and they took care of me and made me feel a hole lot better this is a real review I felt this would be the least I could do for the ones that make our moneys safe and sound in almost every situation they have professional service and the management has the experience and professional service we all should haveI want to say thank you swati MutrejaAnd to the manager thank you all for the professional service and guidance I have needed for many years n

I have had a couple of issues previously with my account and did not like the service I received when I called the corporate number but the customer service at this bank makes me feel secure about keeping my account here. The last incident I had I called the corporate number it seemed like I kept giving me the run around and after calling twice within a week No one could give me a direct answer and it took close to a month before I got a letter from the company to actually get an explanation from the bank about the incident. The service I received at the bank though was the total opposite and actually made me regain my confidence in this company. Swati Mutreja is a relationship banker there and she is one of the sweetest and well mannered person I have ever met. She is very knowledgeable of her job and tries her best to explain things the best way possible. She also gives you great tips on how to use alot of the banks service options to your advantage. She treats you like family and you can tell she has your best interest at heart and to me that means alot because living in this world today that is very rare. Just wanted her to know I appreciate all the help and to keep up the good work. Bank of America needs to use her example and hire more people with her superior personality and this company will stay in business forever.
