I get that they don't want to be liable if they mess something up. However, I wish they could still help with things like installing break lights.

Went in for new windshield wipers. Both young men at the counter were very helpful. KJ took it a step further and asked to check the connection for the blades. After I purchased he graciously put the new blades. Thank you again KJ!
