“Juan has gone above and beyond to help us get our Honda Accord Ex back on the road. Car went in for a blown head gasket, we ended up ordering another motor with 87000 miles and a 6 month warranty which we thought was pretty good. It's taking a little longer than expected to get the car back, but I agree with the owner when he said I would rather have it take a little more time so I know it's done right. Juan even said he would fix a few other things for free, which helps us alot. He even through in a few surprises and I was def. Surprised at the work I've seen so far. “If you don’t know anything about cars like myself don’t you worry O’Reilly in Portsmouth got you. When I went inside I was greeted with a friendly hello, they made me feel welcome. I don’t know much about cars but I knew my brake rotors were bad because they were making a grinding noise. They were really helpful and help me find the right parts.”

“We are moving soon and i needed a place to take my 24' Car Hauler to get some maintenance and repairs. I looked and looked for a place, i called at LEAST a dozen places who were booked out for weeks, then I fortuitously found Leonard Buildings & Trucks. I wish i had known about this place sooner, between my personal trucks and trailers i would have been here A LOT! When i called, Grayson immediately answered the phone and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He said to bring it by and, since it was a little larger than they typically worked on, he could assess it and let me know if they could help. I dropped it off on Thursday and picked it up on Monday! The service was friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was easy to find. Their inventory is impressive. The price was more than fair. I'll be back for any of my truck, trailer, misc. towing needs!”

He did this and then was able to do a store sale for both wrenches. He have me a receipt where I was given the address of the other store and the pickup information.
