I've lived in Portsmouth my whole life and never knew that there was also a repair shop attached to this little car dealership. I received the best service and the price for my repair was less than I thought it would be. George was very transparent about pricing, time, and availability. I have used several repair shops around Hampton Roads and received the best service right here! Thank you George and your crew for helping me get my car straight! You now have a customer for life!

don't support or buy anything from this business they are crooks when I signed a lease to get a vehicle from them the ending price was 7000 on my paperwork but then I asked the owner how much left on the vehicle I had after already paying exactly $4,222 on the vehicle and it's not making sense how I owe them $5200 more for a 2011 dodge journ with close to 250k miles on it and when purcjade had only 200k miles on it I had to put money into the vehicle a month later that was truly expensive they are just not good for business and the guy at the front is very rude to different diverse people he was disrespectful to my trans daughter and everything and yes this is america you can say what you want but if you're not being disrespected why did he feel the need to disrespect any one I DO NOT RECOMMEND buys vehicles from them all there vehicles have problems they aren't really aware about they just give you these cars and when you have a issue they'll make you pay for it they are maybe crooks and theyve lost 2 or my car payments stating they never got any money from me when I walked in and paid myself and I was in a rush when I paid the month of September 2023 I was in a rush to make it back to work so It slipped my mind to get a receipt in which before was always giving to me anyways but apparently the guy at the front stole my money cause he doesn't like me was very disrespectful when I came in to make a purchase and they swore me up and down that I didn't pay when I know for certain I did ive never missed a payment and if I did why didn't they shut my vehicle off that would make sense to do but they didn't because they know for certain they got their money for the month of September 2023 so when I when to pay my bill just 2 days ago oct 9,2023 I had to pay for September and October car note just PlEASE SVE THE HEADACHE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE were already struggl with house finances and staying afloat in this crazy eco and they're taking advantage and they will continue because they know once you sign the papers you have limited options

After buying from several dealers all my life I wasn't expecting such honesty and superior customer service. I bought online and Mr. George went above and beyond to help me and get the vehicle we urgently needed. Honest, polite and attentive. He's the best salesman I've ever met. If we need another vehicle I will definitely give All in One Auto another visit, even if it's via online, I know I can trust George. Thank you for all your help!!!

I have been renting from George and David since 2014, they are always willing to accommodate and assist. Rental prices are reasonable and they do not require you to "sign over first born" to rent a vehicle. I also purchased a vehicle from them, i take it to them for all the routine maintenance. I would definitely highly recommend them.
