I frequent this particular store maybe twice a week. The staff is very helpful and they take time out to greet the customers upon entering the store. However, that means a lot to the customers and that’s why I love to shop 7-11 for the convenience and the good customer service.

Great location and the staff working here are always so nice. Unique has helped me out several times and she is always so welcoming and professional even with long lines. Great customer service. Love IT

The third shift people are always turning off the lights and locking the store so they don't have to service customers. This is a 24/7 store. Why have these people on the overnight shift not been fired yet? This happens at least four times a week. It's ridiculous!

They are closed every single night. This is even though they are supposed to be open 24/7 by cooperate regulations. Admittedly, they are a very popular spot for robbery's but even the store before this one popped up was a popular spot for robbery's. It was bad territory to build on but it's here so now either stick to cooperate rules or find an owner with balls. Or at the very least, mention it online that this place isn't a 24/7 joint.
