This is my go to store. The associates are friendly and always acknowledge me. Store is clean, coffee is always fresh and hot. I can always find what I'm looking for in stock.

At approx 12:28pm on 02/22, I visited this store to purchase coffee. Since the coffee was cold, I informed the cashier and asked for a discount before the purchase. Anthony was very rude and disrespectful in his approach and response to me and informed me that he didn't make it since he just arrived at work. This had nothing to do with me but he seemed more agitated when I informed him about his tone when talking to me. Another employee stepped in and made a fresh batched and didn't charge me because of the inconvenience. Anthony lacked emphapthy and needs better customer service skills!

The most expensive 7 Eleven anywhere in the area, everytime there is a deal on cigarettes the lady hikes up the price so the customer saves nothing. Can't stand it here, not to mention this store is a revolving door of employees. Treat your people right and maybe one will stay.smh

William and Joni were on point tonight! I love this 7-11 so much. I feel like they are family. Though once there was a kinda standoffish cashier then I found out she was the Owner... Other than that this place is great.

I went in with my wife to purchase 2 quarter pound big bites and a soda. My wife wanted to use her points for one of the hot dogs so the clerk Joni rang up the items tells us we had to use our points by June 15th. Ok thanks. My wife was never prompted by the kiosk to ask if she wanted to use her points. When asked if we could we told the order was 448 and she would have to start the transaction over but she did not want to because her Manager would be upset. Really?!!! She would not let us use our rightfully earned points. I frequent this location 5 days of the week. All the other employees are excellent but I will never go back to this one after the poor customer service. Never again!!!!!
