I was in line to pick up medicine. They literally closed curtains on me!!!! Very rude ?They close for lunch for thirty mins but It wasnt even time for lunch break ! Im am baffled ? at the level of common courtesy .... wonder why rite aids are closing may want to re look at your customer service approach !

We took our elderly mom today (12/24/23), to pick up her prescription Medication that she received a call at home that it was ready for pick up. We arrived to the pharmacy area to find out that it was not ready. We were told to wait for 30 minutes. This is a waste of a customer's time to wait around for 30 minutes for a medication Riteaid said it was ready. On top of that, I was in the pharmacy line behind mom and had two over the counter meds I wanted to pay for. When it was my turn to pay for these items, the counter pharmacy clerk young lady with long hair and glasses stated, could you pay for these at the front cashier? I responded well I am already in line. I asked her, you mean you can't pay for this here? She stated yes, you could. My thoughts are...why would you make a customer go to another line and wait some more? What difference does it make whether a customer pays at the front or at pharmacy checkout? Why so bureaucratic? What kind of customer service is this? Does this customer service deserve a 5 star? I think not. It is poor customer service!!!!

My tick is the uncleanliness of the checkout counter at the pharmacy! On my side of the checkout counters is quite nasty! I don't think they think to clean the customer side of the checkout! I could write my name in the amount of dirt and dust on the backs of the computers! They're not wiping down the keypads anymore I guess! It's always gross to touch! This past visit, looked like someone sneezed all over the screen. I used a tissue to enter my information! I wasn't touching any of that! They also no longer provide the finger condoms! For as many sickly people pick up their prescriptions you would think management would make cleaning the equipment mandatory! Makes no sense! On a scale from 1 to 10, I would give a zero to the cleanliness of the checkout station ?

Both the female pharmacists were so kind to me today. This was my first time at this location and they took the time to help me with my mother’s medication. However i over heard what appeared to be the manager (tall, blonde) belittling her staff to another employee. This was so unprofessional.

One thing they do in their advertising fliers is advertise items as being on sale but they don’t tell you what the prices are ! If they’re too afraid to put the prices because they think people will think the prices are still too high even when Rite Aid puts them “on sale” then I don’t want to shop there anyway!!! So when I see the advertising fliers without prices, they go into the recycling pile ASAP!Also they will tell you your prescription is ready. I use the drive through because I’m disabled. They will spend a half hour with certain people at the drive through window which makes the line back way up but I will get to the window well after they said my script would be ready and then tell me I have to park at the front of the store, walk all the way to the back of the store and stand in line, neither of which I can do which is why I use the drive thru line! By the time I drag myself back there half the time they tell me it’s ready! Very painful and very frustrating!

Slowest pharmacy ever. You wait in line nomatter the time of day and then they take your name and disappear in the back. They have about a dozen people working back there, how hard is it to take pills from the large bottle and put them in the small bottle❓❓

Employees are not helpful and the pharmacist is extremely rude and disrespectful. Will go out of my way to visit a different Rite Aid.

The pharmacy is constantly hanging up and doesn't answer the phone. They filled only half my dogs seizure medication and didn't tell us and just put zero refills.

Pharmacy is the worst never helpful, good luck asking a question they never have the time of day. We switched everything to the new CVS that has opened in town. The management at the rite aide pharmacy is unprofessional and rude to say the least. We won't be back to the pharmacy but the store is nice just AVOID THE PHARMACY!!

Avoid using the Pharmacy!!! They are very slow, even when you set up a date and time for pickup. Count on making two trips to finally get your prescription. The store itself, though, is great. Well stocked and helpful staff. This just does not seem to extend to the pharmacy itself.

This location has been amazing for the past 17 months that we have been here. The store is always clean, quiet and inviting . The staff in the pharmacy is wonderful. They are so kind and comforting when necessary. One of the pharmacist, male, took time out of his day off to check on my kiddo after her flu vaccine. He did not have to do that, but it was comforting to have a feeling that we were not just another customer. He was gentle and kind. It's seems that the pharmacy goes above and beyond. Shopping here has always been great. Items are organized and pricing is comparable to other stores in the surrounding area.

The pharmacy has become a joke. Can't get anyone on the phone and continue to get hung up on. They don't talk to the doctors which became apparently when I tried to get my meds last month. Took 2 weeks for a prior auth because no one talked to each other. They wouldn't tell me what I needed to so for it. Drivethrough is a nightmare now. Everytime I go in there, there is a line and the people behind the counter are just chilling and walking around. Ready for CVS

Waited ten days like I was told. Returned for my prescription and was then told by the SAME person that I was supposed to have it called back in. After I told her that she was the one who told me to return l, the story magically changed to they could have it ready in 2 hours. Cannot wait for the cvs to open.

This pharmacy is horrible. You can never get ahold of anyone and my prescriptions are never "sent" per Rite Aid. I just had surgery and the Surgeon had a prescription sent over and apparently to Rite Aide it was never sent. I called multiple times and no one answers. Meanwhile I'm here in pain.
