There is no office on site - everything is done over the phone or through the mail. It's a month to month storage facility with no contract, which is nice except that there's no pro-rated refund of half the month's rent if you only need storage for two weeks. The facility is easily accessible by car and clean (not air conditioned), but a tractor trailer CANNOT access it. I have had some spotty customer service (I was first assigned a unit that was already in use), but overall the staff tried hard to resolve my issues, and I was ultimately pleased with the experience.
