Incredibly knowledgeable and understanding staff. They even let me come back a day later and pay the rest of my bill when I was a few dollars short. Can't recommend them enough. If I could give 6 stars I would.

We have been servicing our large family's fleet for 20 plus years. Paul and his crew are top shelf all the way. Made the mistake once of getting my inspection elsewhere, knowing the rejection was BS. Poquoson Auto agreed that the rejection was made up from the beginning. They are brutally honest and never tell you something to get you to spend money. Thanks Paul!

Yeah, there's going to be a wait, but I totally understand why. They're honest and fair. My blower motor had a mouse nest, and to reach the blower motor you have to remove the gas, brake and clutch on my nissan versa. They quoted me $300- $400, but after everything was said and done they only charged me $180 for the labor! I'm glad my uncle suggested this place to me! I was visiting from atlanta and had no idea where to go.

This is the only place where I would take my car for regular maintenance and repairs. The owner is fair and honest with needed work. They are busy, so you do need to call ahead before dropping off your vehicle.
